welcome to warwick safety orientation!
each warwick volunteer is required to view the entire three-hour program and complete the five short quizzes one week before arriving at warwick.
to benefit fully from each of the five sections, we recommend that you set aside time in a quiet location with minimal distractions and give the program your full attention.
And yet... when WT representatives were called by the Royal Commission, each and every one of the (active) men neglected to follow the Commission's request to review the documents provided, review their own historical notes and follow some of the other testimony.
.
But they expect explicit compliance to the directives they put out themselves.
at the latest co visit something very strange happened.
during the meeting with the elders and servants he passed out a copy of a hypothetical publisher card and asked us what we could learn from it.
upon receiving it i saw that the average hours were pretty good, it had return visits and quite a few bible studies.

I agree with the sentiment, but, credit where credit is due... I think that quote is by Ouiblette.
ever since my sister gave me an " awakening," i have been somewhat obsessed with the failings of the religion i was born into.
i am especially outraged at the article i read about how the elders are supposed to deal with accusations of sexual abuse (jwfacts.com/watchtower/paedophelia.php).
i myself suffered sexual and emotional abuse from a family "friend"/ministerial servant in a neighboring congregation.
The link in the OP does not work for me.
I think this link will go to the intended page:

It seems that anyone who knows anything about the extent, timeline and other details about this abuse could aid the case with the information they know. It can give the prosecutors deeper insight or other benefit to see that he is prosecuted to full extent of law.
Better to give the info to the authorities and let THEM decide if the info is useful than to just say nothing.
Yes?
if it has not already been done, i would like to introduce a new topic.
for me, i would like to know the whereabouts and what's up with some of my former friends and acquaintances.
to start: some folks i used to be close to at cape cod mass: bob and pam fragosa , dick and valerie davis, charles harutunian (sic).
I would love to find Dena Gutekunst Luzell. I knew her in Butler PA. (I think someone told me her parents moved back to Buffalo NY but they did not know where Dena and her 3(?) girls were.
Also from Butler PA, I lost contact with Dave Mort!mer. He was 6'9" tall and served in Brooklyn Bethel in the mid/late 80's. He was a nice guy and I hope he's doing well.
Dave's brother John, last I heard was still active in or near Coraopolis (sp?) PA, and was still married to Beth (nee Gutekunst).
Does anyone know how to find Dena G or Dave M??

Wow, BroJo... Some of those names are very familiar to me. My (non-jw) grandparents retired to CapeCod in the mid-70's and we used to spend alot of time with them there. And, of course, like good little JW kids, we attended the local Hall whenever we were there.
Jim and Renata were in the circuit work when we met them. They served our congregation in the early/mid 70's and stayed at our house for 3 weeks - twice a year for two years. My understanding is that they left the circuit work because Renata's computer skills were wanted at Brooklyn. I think she may have been involved somehow with MEPS???
As far as I know, Jim and Renata are still in Brooklyn. (They remained friends with my JW mother.)
Haratunian and Fragosa sound VERY Familiar. But that was a very long time ago... ;-)
i'm noticing that when i open quite a few of the posts here i notice that the end of the sentences on some lines are breaking improperly.
like for the word paragraph, it's broken up with the "aph" on the next line for an example.
it's happening a lot i'm seeing it just about in every post i open, is it just my view and my computer?.
Same problem for me. I use firefox.
i just wanted to say that my dear 89 year old mom is terminally ill and will soon pass.
she is on morphine and hanging on.
she has been a devout witness for about 60 years and a wonderful mother.
I'm so sorry. She knows you loved her. My thoughts are with you.
