Why is my Uncle (JW PO-COBE) and Aunt Cruella suing my parents and grandparents?

i heard this is a website where you can ask fellow jehovah's witnesses questions that websites like jw friends will not allow you to post because they don't allow you to speak ill of any elder.

my aunt cruella de ville and uncle jaundice sent my grandpa (he's got dementia and grandma has cancer) a letter saying their going to force grandma and gramps in to selling the land my grandmother located back in the late 1970s, grandma is very smart and saw the potential for their land, she was very gifted seeing things others did not see.

in the 1980s my grandparents went to oregon to check on their daughter who was pregnant, they were appalled by the living conditions cruella was living and she was having to work even though she was heavy with child.. all of this started when my dad ran in to a elder at the grocery store and this elder told my dad that "the reason cruella and jaundice are shunning your inlaws is because their apostates and therefore have the right to shun them.

Geoffrey Jackson's Golden Apple watch INVESTIGATED

i went through the original footage to get a good look at the watch.. from these pictures we can probably say that it is a apple watch and that it has a golden color.

the color on the pin is black, and the band is white, grey, silvery or beige.. .

the pin is in the exact place for it to be a apple watch.. only apple watch edition have the gold color.

My thoughts on Geoffrey Jackson

first off, i don't think that dude is going to show face.

he's most likely on a plane already.

if he shows it's bad pr and if he doesn't show it's bad pr.

I've lost track of which thread the ill-health of Geoffrey Jackson's father was mentioned and discussed. But it's been weighing on my mind many times a day for the past several weeks - Since I first heard he was in Australia and may be called to testify.

I, too, have an aged, ailing father. And as someone who supports herself thru gainful employment, I find even *thinking* of using an ailing father to get out of having to answer for policies which *I* may have assisted in establishing and that I currently support ... Well, the thought is beyond comprehension.

I am certain that GJ has many friends he can call on to assist his dad during absence. GJ has a lifelong 'career' and is a chief official of the JW/WT org. His father, according to their doctrine, will be resurrected soon. Very soon.

GJ has an obligation to deliver testimony. I am very glad that he fulfilled this obligation, even with the generous accommodation that was afforded him to present his testimony via video conference and with attendants to fetch water and turn pages for him. I was less impressed with his preparation for the RC and the actual content of his testimony, but at least he testified.

I just have a 'job' - and an fairly lowly one at that. I am grossly under-employed, in part, due to needing/wanting to be available to help my ailing father. How DARE this man, supported most of his adult life by the rank & file JWs (me included during my tenure with the organization), try to weasel out of explaining his practices to a Royal Commission.

How DARE he even thought to do so.

It's odd to me, though, to get a business card from someone - delivered in PERSON - and yet it does not have a local phone number or a way to contact that person directly. You have to go back to the main organization in a DIFFERENT country.

Isn't that odd?

we have the convention this weekend and many jw families are arriving.

one family that ive known for many years from new mexico stopped by to visit my mom.

hes been an elder since the 80s.
