100% agree.

Much incredible research has been preserved here on JWD/JWN and elsewhere by amazingly insightful people. It does not need to be rehashed ad-naseum.

People exiting High Control Groups need encouragement and examples of HOW to move on.

I love a good personal growth story and content creators who share their stories of the details of their progress is the most beneficial.

Christian and Katja Gutierrez produced some incredibly honest and engaging videos.

JT and LadyC (ExJW Critical Thinker) was a poster on this site and they continue to produce good quality content on their website.

KameronFader shared his progress on making new friends and re-uniting with his non-JW family.

Brock Talon (not his real name), aka 'LivingTheDream' here on JWD/JWN, provided so many stories of his time at Bethel that he eventually wrote a book ('Journey to God's House') and then his follow up book detailing his path out of WT and into a very successful life and career outside of WT FOG and interference.

So many exJW content creators on YouTube.

So many exJW departure stories on this website and many other - MANY from before the internet even existed.

We don't need an exJW leader.

We all benefit from having many individual exJW Guides. And we should all encourage a wide variety of guides.

The people who continue to share and show by example how to live a good life free of WT control and free of WT traits are essential to the exJW community.

Reminds me of another copycat feature by JLE...

Lloyd's replay/commentary on JW Broadcasting & WT Convention Programs always reminds me of a less-nuanced version of Blondie's 'Comments You Will Not Hear at the [insert date] Watchtower Study' series (which she produced on this website for YEARS).

Blondie really helped people (me!) develop critical thinking skills by highlighting words/phrases/concepts that kept us feeling oblligated to stay in the org.

A few differences between the two are:

Blondie released her installments a day or two before each Watchtower Study thus providing a framework for awakening active (and PIMO) attendees to cognitively soak in the manipulation/persuasion techniques as they occurred in their own KH's just a few days later. (I remember more than once someone used Blondie's post to follow along during the meeting.) There is power in this bit of awareness while in your seat as it helps you continue that awareness as you interact after the meeting with the congregants. It focuses your attention beyond the words on the page. You are more sensitive to other behaviors and word patterns.

When Blondie took a week or two off (vacation, needed a break, etc), other JWD/JWN posters could fill in for her that week. (RichieRich even did it at least once.) I have not heard of Lloyd ever allowing anyone cover for him while he takes time off for family obligations, illness, or mental health [or while on Thai Holiday without his wife and children to visit his sex-worker 'girlfriend' during Christmas/NewYear's Holidays].

Blondie never asked for money to keep her series going.

Blondie remains mostly anonymous.

Blondie did not create an alternate cult. By steadily and succinctly putting out the 'Comments' series, she allowed people to awaken while physically in their seats at the Hall. And when they did reach out for additional information and background research, the person could easily, readily, freely find it on the web and share/discuss here or elsewhere. This freedom to contribute and explore/support other activists allowed for personal growth and matriculation into the real world.

In contrast, Lloyd's approach - which so closely mimics WT structure - keeps people snuggly 'protected' by a High Control Group. His jealous control over his audience does not teach his followers (viewers) the importance of avoiding High Control Groups. His aggressive attacks on other content creators and activists plays not just to his own narcissistic character but also to his follower's fears of the world and other apostates in particular. His constant Banning/Blocking/Silencing (comment deletions) is familiar behavior to people leaving the WT High Control and thus allows them to near-seamlessly drift from one cult (WT) to another (JLE) without ever doing the important work of waking up from the FOG [Fear, Obligation, Guilt].

After reading thru some of his work you can start to see a pattern.

Unfortunately, Lloyd Evans' MO is to bully by DM/PM. If he puts something public that shows him to be the aggressor, he removes his instigation post after people get riled up. Then he cries 'victim', when in fact is the bully and shit-stirrer.

I am not convinced that the Bethel Branch Manager was at his Judicial meeting.

He says they were but when recanting specifics of his Judicial meeting and why he would not be recording the meeting, the story he told reminded me of **Simon's** story of Simon's Judicial meeting when JWD was discovered.

I think it is very possible that Lloyd stole Simon's experience and marketed it as his own. We have many examples to prove Lloyd is not above this kind of behavior.

I suggest that an alternate reason for why Lloyd did not try to record his Judicial meeting is that it may have little to nothing to do with his burgeoning online presence and perhaps a more significant topic to be discussed was his inappropriate behavior with girls in the hall and girls on the phone.

Or... There was Bethel Branch Manager present to act as an interpreter since Lloyd apparently does not speak Croatian very well.

Just a feeling in my gut. (And I know enough about the man to not trust his words or his intentions.)
