  Has the Royal Commission website removed Geoffery Jackson from schedule?

  earlier this morning the royal commission website stated:.

  "the royal commissions public hearing into the jehovahs witnesses will recommence in sydney on friday 14 august 2015 at 11:00am.. it is anticipated that the hearing will hear from one witness, mr geoffrey jackson, a member of the governing body of jehovahs witnesses.

  i always sit in the same spot, just outside starbucks in a vestibule area with a table in the air-conditioned space.

  i say "always," but not today.. somebody with two laptops and a table filled with business ledgers was in "my" favorite spot!.

  so, i took a tiny wooden table inside the coffee shop on a long padded bench next to 3 other identical tables.. as the clickbait banner ads like to say: "and what happened next was simply unbelievable!".

  Hey Terry,

  I have read practically all of your stuff on here, and I must say - you are a good man! That being said, you say you felt bad about how it all went down, well - there is only one way to tell someone you really care about, that the person that they love and respect is dead. You tell them "blank is DEAD!"

  Do not feel bad for what you did, they needed to hear it from someone that cares!

  Reading it just flashed me to Jim Jones. That Ass said very similar things!

  DD I hope the whole thing explodes. But it will only mean something if public exposure and agencies can force the proper changes to get children immediate help, and put the abusers in jail and thier names made known to the congs and public! AND support AND compensation to those that have and are suffering! An apology by the GB would be the Christian thing to do....

  Well, cant tell too much, but my wife and daughter are still in the cult. I have not seen or talked to my daughter in quite a few months. Seems that restraining order put a damper on things.

  Going through the courts about custody. The right people are on my side. If it wasnt for that damn first amendment protecting cults this wouldnt be half the problem it is.

  I have been folowing my new hero - Angus, and all of the people involved in exposing the WT. And a big thank you to all of the people on this site that condense the days activity into focused bits.

  I have a question. I need to know the Watchtower that said, obey us even if it dosent sound like its coming from a sound uderstandable human standpoint. I know thats not the quote. But I know people here know what I am looking for.

  In light of what is coming out of Aulstralia, I wonder if we are going to here some really really strange talks in the next few months of JW broadcasting.

  The worldly questioner missed the clincher, an elder in good standing should not have "close friends" outside of the org. Just saying.... the elder catches what he just said, "If they are outside the church and they are a close friend I would tell them......" you can see the light go off in his face, his next response, "if.... if I was.... if I associated with him." Someone is in trouble, someone is in trouble lol Asshole!

  How do you know Satan didn't inspire the Bible?

  jws believe that satan knows things about the natural world (like how it was formed).. they also believe that satan can influence events (even fulfill prophecies).. the bible is the source of great confusion and the vast majority of christians (2.2 billion people) believe it but do not have "accurate knowledgetm".. from the jw point of view, wouldn't it be more likely that satan inspired the bible than an all loving god?.

  God tells the first woman not to eat from the tree of knowledge.

  A serpent tells the woman if you eat from it you will not die.

  What type of person does not want another person to have knowledge?

  If you have everlasting life, wasnt the serpent telling the truth?

  JWs and their views on Sex

  in the past i have read on this forum that the wt have a say in the "bedroom" of couples.

  i thought that was a bit overkill at first, but recently i have come to conclusion that this is true.. the control administered by the wt cooperation on ones sex life is not on only intrusive, its damaging.

  they control every aspect of ones thought and action, thus leading most down a path that said corporation wants them to tread.. this path is to get married young, and then eternal loyalty the the organisation.. so how can an organisation force you to get married young?.

  The week my wife was baptized the oral sex STOPPED! I looked up the issue on jwfacts.com and what I found was surprising. The newest doctrine, in the "Shepard the Flock" manual, is that oral sex is a big negative. Except those that are married. But this little tidbit has flip-flopped/changed more times than the "generation" teaching.

  When I questioned the wife about this, with the information, I was told I was "being selfish". Go figure!
