  Mary, I'm pretty sure MJ knew what he was doing when he chose his JW mother as his children's guardian.
  
  They will be watched very closely for a long, long time. "Worldly ones" will come to know how much it stinks growing up JW… field service, no holidays, "bad association," etc.
  
  Katherine's indoctrination (though well-meaning, I'm sure) cannot possibly reflect well on the Watchtower Organization. It's like a ticking time bomb from beyond the grave.

  i honestly think that if individual elders thought they personally might get sued, they would back off from talking to you or trying to hunt you down.

  i know i always was nervous that i'd havv=e to hire a lawyer and pay $$$ out of my own pocket.. what do you think?

  might that not discourage elders from violating your rights or harrassing you?

  They tend to ignore those with mental issues. In fact many here have successfully faded by claiming depression.

  Illegals are allowed to lead Hall activities? I've read here before that they can become baptized publishers, but not MS's or elders.

  a condition of his probation is that he have no contact with children.

  a lower court denied perfetto's request to attend jehovah's witnesses services with a church elder acting as a chaperone.. the new hampshire civil liberties union and perfetto maintain the chaperone would eliminate any risk to children.

  Lock 'em up forever, or if you won't do that, please give them drugs that wipe out their sex drive.

  That's Jackie Perfetto Bennett's recommendation for sex offenders. She doesn't think they can be rehabilitated - not really, really changed - and she believes that, next to murderers, they're some of the most vicious criminals in the world.
