Let's Think of Something to Do While We're Waiting
Let's think of something to do while we're waiting
While we're waiting for something new to do.
Let's try to think up a song while we're waiting
That's liberating and will be true to you.
Let's think of something to do while we're waiting
While we're waiting 'til something's through.
You know it's really all right;
In fact, it's downright quite bright
To think of something to do
That's specific for you.
Let's think of something to do while we're waiting. -

You know nothing of the situation besides a few paragraphs that i posted.
Fool, I know more than I need to know from your prior posting history.
Had you some mental facility, you could be ashamed and embarrassed, that you don't possess the basic self-realization to consider that in advance.
The sole reason you started hitting-up an ex-JW site was to gain pity that your "crazy JW sister" was selling HER house that you've squatting in all along. You lost your elderly mother's pension income, too. Boo-frickin' hoo.
At one point you were actually bitching that crazy JW sister should work more hours, so you could keep riding the freebie train at HERS and YOUR elderly MOTHER'S expense. You were upset to lose YOUR MOTHER'S $1,500 pension!
Seriously, I cannot make this sh*t up. I have no need to. You spelled it out rather clearly from the get-go and now it's biting you back. Man the heck up live and with the consequences. From your comments it seems your looking at my question with a predetermined negative viewpoint based on something that happened to you in the past.
Nothing happened to me. Nothing at all. Like YOU, I was not in the will.
I cannot possibly be disappointed over something I was never entitled to in the first place.
Unlike YOU, grasping desperately at something you were never entitled to in the first place.
Therein lies the difference. The reason I said that I would have to check out the Will is BECAUSE SHE CANNOT READ AND THEREFORE HAS NO WAY TO UNDERSTAND WHATS IN LEGAL PAPERS UNLESS SOMEONE IS THERE TO HELP HER!
Again, that person is NOT you. As has already been pointed out, SHE needs a lawyer. You are nothing more than a PREDATOR. I have every hope in my heart that your wife's lawyer will recognize your interloping and truly advocate for your wife's future safety and security.
So please keep keep the negative comments and snide remarks to yourself
Negative? Here ya' go: "So I don't really know which way he's leaning. Make his mother angry, or make his wife angry."
One week into a new marriage, and already you insinuate yourself such that a man must choose between his mother or his wife? One week, and you are splitting this man's alliances apart, flesh, blood, and vow?
THAT, Mr., is so very negative as to be criminal in nature. There is absolutely no reason that the mother or the wife should be angry at all, and especially not the son. They are all free and clear.
The only negative factor is YOU. And you have a self-said history of PREDATION.Outlander, maybe think of GETTING A JOB someday. So you don't have to parasite off your:
• Crazy JW sister
• Elderly mother
• Illiterate wife
• The son
Perhaps you can play banjo for the Georgia tourists.

Elderly woman allegedly abused by caretaker
A former Richmond woman was the subject of a police report regarding her alleged abuse by a woman who was supposed to have been caring for her. In the report filed on Feb. 8, the woman's daughter, who lives in Wisconsin, alleges that the Richmond woman who was
supposed to have been caring for her fraudulently stole her social security checks and made fraudulent purchases with the victim's credit cards. The victim had been living in Wisconsin and decided to leave and return back to Richmond where she had lived before. The victim,
who had previously been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, dementia, schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder, arrived in Richmond and began living with a woman she had met through the Jehovah Witness Church. The victim stayed in Richmond for approximately 18 months, during
which time her family was allowed very little interaction with her by the caregiver. The caregiver recently put the victim on a flight to Chicago and told her family she would have to pick her up there. According to the police report, the victim became unruly on the flight and had
to be restrained. Once her family had the victim back in Wisconsin they noticed that some of her prescriptions, which were dated August 2010, were still full indicating she was not getting the proper medication while living with the former caregiver. The information collected by
the Richmond police was translated to Adult Protective Services. -

No lawyer here. I am only taking a stab at this because my family was wracked by a "lifelong tenancy" clause, and not in a good way. I also have deep resentment for those who marry for money, exploiting the widows and fatherless boys that Jesus spoke about for good reason.
So thats my problem.
No, that is not YOUR problem. Newsflash: You are not in the will!
Neither is the son's wife, apparently. Yet being married to the rightful heir to real property, she has more rights to that property than some, need I say it? Greedy "outlander."
If your wife has voluntarily vacated the house and it can be proved in court she has no need of it, she may have forfeited the tenancy provision. Probably not. Lifelong tenancy means exactly what it says whether she chooses to live there or not. The son cannot legally rent it out. He cannot sell it as long as she lives. He's still stuck paying taxes and upkeep on a property he can't make personal use of no matter what. It could be 20 or 30 years until he finally "comes into" his true inheritance. Until then, it can become a burden of sorts.
One thing is crystal clear: Your wife is not going realize a profit from the sale of the property. The son is the rightful heir, she was granted mere tenancy (which is actually a pretty sweet deal for her). Technically the property is already part of HIS estate.Of course you can live there with her as her husband. When she passes on, you are out on your own. Best not to screw-up your relationship with the son and his wife so early on, because as it stands, he owes you NOTHING. Not a thin dime and no tenancy.
Although it looks like I am going to have to go to the Courthouse and see a copy of the will.
Uh-huh. The will that provides for the widow and her son. Not YOU.
Just one week after the wedding and your whinging: How can I exploit this widow's rights that she earned through a former marriage? How can I prevent her son from his rightful inheritance? What's in it for ME? Me, me!
Honestly, I don't see this (cough, cough) "marriage" getting off on a good footing. Learn your place and your wife and her family may feel obliged, through the sheer kindness of their hearts, to cut you a few in the end.
The very manner in which you handle yourself up front, please don't bet on it.

Who got the ball rolling to give Mestre a new lease on life?
An anonymous stranger! A "wordly" tourist "soon to be destroyed" at Armageddon, who saw Jose on the street and was moved to help.
Who paid for it?
The Portuguese National Health Service, an arm of Satan's wicked, worldwide government. Also STB destroyed.
Who performed the surgery?
Dr. McKay, a university-educated specialist with a 25-year history of performing corrective surgeries, not knocking on doors. Not a door-knocking JW = STB destroyed.
Where?
At a rotten pagan Roman Catholic hospital founded by nuns, whores of Babylon the Great. STB really, really destroyed!
Bonus question: Who sat by for 40 years while this man suffered physically, emotionally and spiritually?
The Jehovah's Witnesses! Ah, but they Will Live Forever on Paradise Earth™.
"Peter" the tourist
Portuguese National Health Service
Dr. McKay
St. Joseph Hospital

Update with a twist:
Man admits Lowell killing
By Jack Moran
The Register-Guard
Published: Thursday, Feb 17, 2011 05:01AM
A Lowell man on Wednesday admitted to murdering his wife’s ex-husband last May inside a local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Robert Riley Gonzales, 35, pleaded guilty in Lane County Circuit Court to a charge of murder with a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of Fall Creek resident Kenneth Henry Mort.
Gonzales also entered guilty pleas to four felony counts of second-degree kidnapping for holding Mort, 47, and three other Kingdom Hall elders hostage inside the Lowell building before the shooting. The Kingdom Hall is a block from the home that Gonzales shared with Mort’s ex-wife.
The motive for the killing remains unclear, although details should become known next Thursday, when Gonzales is scheduled to return to court for sentencing.
Gonzales will spend at least 25 years in prison for murdering Mort. The guilty pleas to the kidnapping charges could lead to additional time behind bars.
Lane County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gonzales about three hours after he shot Mort several times inside the Kingdom Hall on the evening of May 12.
Gonzales fled the area after the shooting, but deputies captured him in the woods about three miles east of Lowell. He has been held in the Lane County Jail since then.
In addition to the murder and kidnapping charges, Gonzales faces new criminal charges that could lead to an even lengthier stay in prison.
Just last week, Lane County prosecutors charged Gonzales with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of sodomy for allegedly assaulting two children, one of whom was younger than 12, court documents show.Under state Measure 11, all of those charges carry mandatory minimum prison terms upon conviction.
It is not known whether the new charges relate to the murder case.
Before being charged with murdering Mort, Gonzales had no criminal record in Oregon. He worked before his arrest as a heavy-equipment operator for a local company.
Mort, meanwhile, co-owned Hitch Pro & Tow on West 11th Avenue in Eugene for about nine years.
Court records show that Mort and his ex-wife were married nearly 17 years before divorcing in 2002. On the same day he filed divorce papers, Mort also filed for a restraining order against Gonzales. In the filings, Mort characterized his eventual killer as the “son of a friend who asked me to befriend him.”
Gonzales married Mort’s ex-wife in about 2005, Gonzales’s brother said during an interview last May with The Register-Guard.
