It would appear that he earns his living suing businesses and encouraging others to do likewise.
So, is it possible that he’s known locally for setting up hoaxes to sue businesses, and wears costumes? Maybe that's why the young manager wouldn't address his claims?
Because there’s plenty of photos of him wearing a priest’s collar. Like baiting people to attack a “man of the faith.”
I’m not doubting his service record. That's easily confirmed. But the "injured vet" persona would certainly play into this.
BTW, the ACDC Today TX address listed is 1941 S. Duncanville Rd. Ovilla, Texas 75154.
It’s Earnest’s residence.

See how he’s wearing an ACDC Today t-shirt?
From their membership page:
Membership has its privileges:
Many times we feel helpless when dealing with Big Businesses especially ones that you can only talk to over the phone. Most times their customer service department is not even located in this country. Sure there are other ways to complain such as the Better Business Burea. But they can seem very impersonal and out of touch. You need an organization that cares about your needs and that you can see feel and touch. Try ACDC.
Here is how we work on your behalf:
Example 1:
A local merchant refuses to correct a problem with your order or any services that you are paying your hard earned money for. They give you the runaround sending you from person to person and no one has any answers.
Do you ?
A) file a costly lawsuite
B) spend minutes if not hours on hold
C) Just forget about it
D) Use your membership with ACDC TODAY and we work on your behalf getting answers and results for you
-You can meet and get legal advice from a real lawyer with expertise in your field of needs.
-You will get discounts at dozens of participating businesses and services
-If you have a problem with any business and are not satisfied as a consumer
contacts us and we will intervene on your behalf.
-We are constantly adding more services that will benefit you as a consumer -

Protester Ernest Walker held up a baseball bat with the word "Black Power" written on it during a Black Lives Matter march down Main Street in downtown Dallas last Thursday. As the rally and march were winding down, Micah Xavier Johnson, 25, opened fire in an attack that killed five police officers and wounded seven other officers and two civilians. (Smiley N. What kind of character brings a weapon to a supposedly peaceful protest that turns into a violent race riot with five dead, nine wounded? -

• These aren’t invitations. It’s a publicity stunt.
The Watchtower is flush with cash and can afford the very best public relations firms. It's all demographics.
• They’re trying to attract newcomers with the current religious fad, Prosperity Theology.
“Give us your money, and you can live Paradise.” Appeals to intellectually lazy, greedy people.
• Specifically targets healthy Millennials.
"Sorry Grandma, no decrepit Baby Boomers in the New System!"
Generation X? Marketers have ignored us all our lives. And most of us have left already anyway.
• Bring the kiddies!

The invitation will probably have immaculately groomed white Jesus in his Unilever/Persil washed clothes and dust free sandals extending his hand ...
Either that or some blood soaked dying man on a pole writhing in agony ...
Sorry, no. But they did crop out the boy with the creepy facial expression.

Between the writing style and the .de domain, I think it’s a clever ruse, most likely from the guy who writes the Witchtower.

To date - no response.
Probably because it’s listed as Blue Lake instead. It's a little confusing, this one has two names and there's a larger one nearby called simply, "Sterling Lake."
Here’s a picture of the boat launch facing south:

They don’t own the lake. They own a portion of land around the southern shore that includes one of the dams (there are actually two dams).
The lake is part of Sterling Forest State Park.
It has a public boat launch on the northern shore. It’s stocked with fish during the summer. You need both Sterling Forest and Palisades Interstate Park permits to launch a boat whether you fish or not.
So it is OPEN TO PUBLIC RECREATION. Hiking, hunting, fishing, X-country skiing, snowshoes. My tax dollars help fund the park ...

Jehovah's Witnesses choose a buyer for DUMBO development site 69 Adams St.
By Lore Croghan
Brooklyn Daily Eagle
Hallelujah, brother!
The Jehovah's Witnesses have made a deal to sell a prime piece of DUMBO real estate.
The property is 69 Adams St., a 157,410-square-foot development site that's situated alongside the Manhattan Bridge.
The site is currently occupied by a four-story recreational facility with a tennis court on its roof and a parking garage with 84 spaces.
“We have selected a buyer and expect to close on the property before the end of the year,” Watchtower spokesman Richard Devine told the Brooklyn Eagle via email.
“To respect their privacy, we are not identifying who the buyer is or the purchase price at this time,” he added.
A luxury residential tower with commercial space, storefronts and a community facility can be built as-of-right on the property, according to marketing material that the Watchtower had posted online. This is the one with the drained swimming pool that’s never used for swimming or anything else. They lie and say it’s for baptisms so they can claim religious tax exemption. It’s really just a tax-free parking garage with tennis on top for the Bethel elites to park and play. -

This Watchtower purchase from Garden State Engine & Equipment got some freebie advertising:
Watchtower Adds Merlo P34.10 Telescopic Forklift to Its Fleet
“Our experience with GSE&E sales and service department has been outstanding and professional thus far. From the initial contact with Vince DeRienzo, to the service and support we receive, is second to none. We would certainly purchase another Merlo when the time comes. Vince and the team at GSE&E have proved to us they are a professional material handling machinery company. They understand that selling a machine is only the first step in building a relationship. They know that unless it is supported by a competent service and rental department, the relationship could not be sustained,” the foreman said.
They flipped it for $91K last summer.
One would think they’d need to hold on to all the tools and heavy equipment, what with Armageddon coming so soooooon. Just think how high they could pile the dead bodies of worldly people, their wicked children and even pets with that thing!
