  Thanks for explaining that, Broken Promises. I'm not familiar with "BOW" until now, just trying to help if I can. Mr. B would be thrilled to see JW stuff like this gone from our home for good.

  bottleofwater, I have a copy of ISOCF that I purchased from Commentary Press a few years ago. It's a thick paperback and the spine split through my use and the two others I loaned it out to, but AFAIK the pages are still intact. Well-used but still very useful.
  
  I'd be glad to mail it to you (if you'll only reimburse the postage, please) but I'm not sure where I stashed it and I'm quite a book hoarder. Give me a few days to locate it and it's yours. PM me if you obtain one LEGALLY in the meantime.
