USA elders would normally contact the USA branch, not HQ. Just as German elders would contact German branch, not HQ.
This, Anders!Thanks again everyone. I am in a required reporting state (one of far too few, I discovered) and have been to the police. They asked for a written statement. And had some familiarity of how the Catholic church creates runarounds to protect priests. Including specific WT contacts, I hope, will help defeat business-as-usual theocratic warfare.
