The Toxic Danger of Fabric Softener and Dryer Sheets...Who Knew???
by SWALKER inread why now!
(prweb) february 21, 2005 -- many people will remember a famous tv ad where a woman races to her washing machine, fabric softener in hand, only to arrive just as the wash ends.
this woman who "forgot to ad the fabric softener" was actually doing herself and her family a favor.. .

Thanks swalker for a great post.
I always think it's better to be clean than to try to cover a smell with synthetic "fragrances". I don't know actually why people use fabric softener. Are we that soft???

In the "Insight on the Scriptures" book at page 474 and 639 the WTBTS states that the anointed are divine in nature. Divine in Strong's Hebrew lexiconography is defined as sovereign, and in Greek Lexiconography as Theos, or Godhead or divinity (see Strong's lexicon excerpts below the excerpts from Insight Book).
Divine
Nature. Also, there is a different nature belonging to those in heaven, spirit creatures of God. The apostle Peter speaks to his fellow Christians, spiritual brothers of Jesus Christ, of "the precious and very grand promises, that through these you may become sharers in divine nature [phy´se·os]." (2Pe 1:4) That this is a sharing with Christ in his glory as spirit persons, Peter shows in his first letter: "God . . . gave us a new birth [a·na·gen·ne´sas he·mas´, "having generated us again"] to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead to an incorruptible and undefiled and unfading inheritance. It is reserved in the heavens for you." (1Pe 1:3, 4) "Divine nature" requires a change in nature through death and resurrection, as made plain by the apostle Paul at First Corinthians chapter 15. He explains that the Christian must die and must be resurrected in a different body, a spiritual one, which requires a change.—1Co 15:36, 38, 44, 49, 51.
And at page 639 they also say;
Finally, at 2 Peter 1:3, 4 the apostle shows that by virtue of "the precious and very grand promises" extended to faithful anointed Christians, they "may become sharers in divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world through lust." Elsewhere in the Scriptures, Christians are referred to as ‘sharing’ with Christ in his sufferings, in a death like his, and in a resurrection like his to immortality as spirit creatures, becoming joint heirs with him in the heavenly Kingdom. (1Co 15:50-54; Php 3:10, 11; 1Pe 5:1; 2Pe 1:2-4; Re 20:6) Thus it is evident that the sharing of Christians in "divine nature" is a sharing with Christ in his glory.

Burning bibles with blood to bring the troops home
by hallelujah indoes anyone think that burning a bible dipped in one's own blood at the appropriate us government offices would convey the message to bring the troops home?
i remember when george got elected and he did away with the constitution and said the bible is the new rule book.
perhaps he and tony and john (that's our big brother here in australia), not to mention condi, need to know that not all of us have fallen for this yahweh god.

Unfortunately the Koran seems to have been based on the Bible, and the Bible is a fraud written largely with Babylonian stories after the exile.
The Koran stipulates worship of the generic God - called Allah, which is the same as the Hebrew Eloah.
(Note that while the Watchtower Society recognises this at Arabic language congregations by using the name Allah rather than Jehovah)
However the Bible worships the Hebrew god Jehovah, which is a partial God. Not only a partial God, but a satanic god.
Consequently Jehovah worship leads to zionism, and the WTBTS under Charles Taze Russell called for the migration of all Jews to Palestine. This zionist movement led to massacres and the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in Palestine and ultimately also in Lebanon by Israel and it's allies - as for example the Sabra and Chatila massacres, not to mention massacres by other Arabs in Jordan and Syria.
I believe that it is this Yahweh worship which makes US and Israeli foreign policy in the middle-east extremely dangerous. They consider themselves as servants of Yahweh to be deemed worthy by God to have nuclear weapons and to use them to destroy nations in order to maintain that hegemony.

I went to a "black" church this morning
by tsunami_rid3r inwow, they sure do focus a lot on praise worship, and the boring sermon was like 15 minutes.
but there was homecooked food served in the back after the services.
i think i might attend a catholic church next weekend.

The problem with Buddhism is the kamma theory, i.e. if you got it you deserved it.
As for the Catholic church it is the mother of all the lies sprouted by it's daughter churches, such as the WTBTS.
By the way the Catholic church is still said to have on it's statute books the penalty of burning for heretics, but the law is not presently enforced due to circumstances which do not allow it's implementation. However the Catholic Church does still prescribe hell in such cases.

ANOTHER KIND OF "PYRAMID INCH"!

Force the JW's to face the fragile and indefensible basis of their phoney chronology and you bring the temple down on their collective widdle heads.
In watchtower theology, the 144,000 are not merely IN the temple, they ARE the temple of God.
It is the doctrine of the 144,000 wives of Jehovah the manslayer and his other sheep as sacrifices in waiting which brought down the edifice for me.
I am however grateful for the experience since it invited me to look deeper into the fraud which is both the old and new testaments. Anything in the Bible must be viewed in the same light as any anonymous writings on the internet, to be judged solely on their merits.

Dan

I read in the Insight book many references to the hundred and forty four thousand as being divine in nature. Note that when the WTBTS refers to Christians sharing in Christ's divine nature, the term Christians is used to refer here only to the hundred and forty four thousand;
In the "Insight on the Scriptures" book at page 474 the WTBTS states;
He explains that the Christian must die and must be resurrected in a different body, a spiritual one, which requires a change.—1Co 15:36, 38, 44, 49, 51.Divine
And at page 639 they also say;
