Please keep Enterprise Ala in your prayers
by oppgirl63 ini work about 15 minutes from enterprise, ala. i had taken my jw roommate to the greyhound station in dothan so she could go home for a week (she has epilepsy and can't drive).
when i was coming back through enterprise, i stopped to eat lunch and the tornado crossed the highway about a quarter mile from me.
i was about to leave and walked outside and looked up and you could see it coming.

Yeah, I wonder the same thing. He partially recovered but was never the same. Removed from being an elder but I can't remember for certain if later on he was a MS.
Just remembered about a CO who during a talk told a young mother to take her crying baby to the bathroom, he didn't want to hear it. It was more in the way he said it and with that haughty authority that bothered me. Poor mom didn't even get a chance to give the baby a pacifier or a bottle. The whole KH was so quite after that you could hear a pin drop as the saying goes.

I agree with my counter part Madame Quixote (are we related?). More than bizarre they were hypocrites !
There was one elder that gave the talk for the memorial service in 1975 that scared me. He got so exited about it being the last Memorial ever, he was ranting and raving. Can't remember for sure but he might have been foaming at the mouth too. Poor guy suffered a major stroke in 1976.

How do I find out the history of my house?
by ButtLight ini was wondering if anyone has ever done this, and knows how to go about getting the info.. i want to know how old it is, all the previous tennents, if any of them are dead, and or died in this house.
all that good stuff.. it would be nice if i could find it out on the net.......instead of running all over the place.

ABR has good sugestions. When we purchased our property last year, we used a Ttitle Company and it listed all the previous owners going back to the 1950's. It was vacant land before we bought the house off a builder and the Title lists all the owners of the land.
Another thought, maybe ghosts just like you !

Camera rolling..............take 2.......
by ButtLight inok, this clip was 30 min long, so i had to edit and cut out stuff.
we set it up on the tripod, and left for about 15-20 min.
then went down and talked to the orbs/dust/glitch/bugs.......(oh and infrared waves).

We are here for Adoption!
by new boy ini was taking to grace (mouthy) on the phone today in canada.....what a sweetheart she truly is.. we have decided to put ourselfs out for adoption.
since i have lost family members because of being a jehovah's witness for 52 years and since many here have lost wifes, husbands, children, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers, and of course friends.. we have decided to put ourselfs out for adoption...............grace told me today she would be happy to be your grandmother to all that would like to have a grandmother..........i would love to be a father to anyone who would like to have a father.........that no longer has one.. we have this to offer to all...........the most important thing a parent, grand parent or friend can offer their child, grandchild or friend........and that is, unconditional love to all.......you are all perfect.the love that real family members may have is conditional.......but true love never is.
we are here for you all.............and anyone else here on this board that would like to be a grandparent parent, father,mother, sister, brother or friend ............. please let all here know now.. as the italians say "familia"...........we are family!........we are here for adoption.
