OH my God!!! Craig Smith the Circuit Overseer. If you knew him in his Bethel days you'd think that he would have been a MAJOR poster here.

BETHELITES - Whatever Became of?
by Black Man ini often times wonder what happened to certain bethelites that i ran around with during my 1990s tenure there.
while there are still a few left there, the greater majority of them aren't there for various reasons (marriage, disillusionment, left the borg, etc).
a couple of cats i wonder about - there was one brother who i believe was from kansas, who got his fingers cut off in a printing press.

Hey Mann377 I knew some of the people you talk about:
Ed Kostacheck was my table 'foot'. He was a complete Asshole. The only person stupider than him was Wayne Dombrowski! (Dum-Dum Dombrowski)
Bob Deaton was a dunce. Harmless and affable enough but still a dunce. Remember how he used to tilt his head back and cock it sideways when he looked at you through his THICK glasses while he was talking to you? They lived around the corner from me. ( I don't think they had very good hygiene)
Hey rekless I knew Roy Nazaroff. He was one cool cat and a really nice guy. His cousin married someone who used to be a close friend of mine. She was a real LOOKER and he ruined her.

A have a really great experience about home schooling:
One of the Elders in the hall that I faded from had his two children home schooled by his wife. I have some worldly friends and no one considers me a witness anymore. ( I think it just faded from their consciousness) Anyway, one of my friends is a teller in a bank. She told me that one day this home schooled Elders son came into the bank and placed 87 CENTS into the change conversion machine. He took his receipt up to her window and asked for the paper money and to have the balance put into his savings account! This guy is 20 years old. After he left one of the other tellers said to my friend, 'There goes another one of your religious home schooled people!' Jehovahs Witnesses don't have a clue how STUPID that they look to the outside world.

Wouldn't Being "Mentally Diseased" Give You a Pass at Armageddon?
by TTATTelder inwouldn't being "mentally diseased" give you a pass at armageddon?
the wt claims that apostates are "mentally diseased".
most of us are aware of this claim on this forum.

If those pesky apostates hadn't made such a fuss you probably could still get your 'medical deferment' card and get on the Armageddon bus (I mean the modern day ark, oops!). They ruined everything and made Jehovah tell his people to transmute a bona fide disease into a plain ordinary character disorder. Damn those apostates! They make the Governing Body (Blubbering Body) actually think about their outrageous beliefs once Satans minions in the Press and Judicial System bring them to their attention.

Watchtower logic: 'Tipping your hat to a woman is Satanic' therefore 'Tipping your hat to Satan is Womanly'.

Any Educated Guesses...........??
by sparky1 ina friend of mine is trying the 'slow fade' like i did.
he is a third generation witness and comes from a prominent family in his circuit.
his uncle stepped down as an elder because he had doubts and could not serve anymore (although for now he remains a witness in good standing).

If you think about it OUTLAW, in 20 to 25 years almost every Witness from the pre-1975 era that knows the "Truth About the Truth" in their hearts will be dead. Me included! Using your percentages I calculate that only 5.4% to 6.8% of active Jehovahs Witnesses today are from the pre-1975 era. That is an easy enough number of people for the Governing Body (Blubbering Body) to intimidate with disfellowshipping to keep their rebranding of this religion going. If they bide their time, everyone will be dead that knows 'where the skeletons are'!
