I've been invited to the most boring Bday party ever (Fluff)
by Es inone of my hubby's work mates are having a combined party for there bday (hubby and wife), they are nerdy programmers heheh, nice enuf people but not ones that i would chose to associate with.. anyway this is the party for the guys they are to bring there computers for a lan, or boardgames and card games, and for us lucky women activites include watching girly movies, knitting, facials and painting nails.
no jokes thats how the invite reads...... i am so not looking forward to it at all, its like 4 hours of my life im never going to get back.

Ahhh, come on, any party has to be better than those fun! fun! "get-togethers" the witnesses used to have with their crazy made up games that conformed to their beliefs, remember? Just think of it this way, those 4 hours is a small price to pay for the "years" you'll never get back wasted away in the "religion".

I can't remember whether I heard this at a "meeting" or read it somewhere, but I remember one about some JW's in a concentration camp who were forced to strip off all their clothes in sub zero temperature. They started singing "Kingdom Melodies" and when the guards wondered why they didnt die in the cold temps, they immediately went to where the JW's were and could feel a warmth, like a hot summer day engulfing them. The gaurds felt terrified that God would strike them down, so they allowed the JW's to put their clothes back on and eventually gave them priveleges within the confines.

Pat Robertsons plane crashed!!!!!
by gringojj init seems a small airplane owned by pat robertson crashed yesterday and 2 people were killed.
has anyone heard him make any statements about this?.

Why did God create mosquitoes?

Yes Al Gore, like any politician could be labled a liar, but he certainly didn't send thousands to their deaths like the master liar GEORGE W.!...... Give us one example where W has given a speech or written a book on anything that tried to save life rather than kill lives.....Poor ol Gore, resurfaces with a beard on his face and he's called crazy, hey when I left the "cult" I resurfaced with major hair on my face and the only ones that thought I was crazy were the JW's, lol!

i didnt think anyone would notice my greeting, great to hear from you all....a little bout me, i'm one of 10 including mom......mom and 2 sisters are baptized jw's, dads dead, he never really liked the jw's but tolerated my moms religion, 1 brother(used to be an elder)is df'd as well as another sister.
4 more brothers, 1 is baptized but doesnt attend meetings anymore, that doesn't make him cool or anything(he's the biggest asshole this side of the rio grande!

I'm the one parents in the congregation warned their kids about, lol........ Anyway, we are all in competition with each other and absolutely despise one another....... So there it is, the next time your at the grocery store and you see a canister of "mixed nuts" please think of us!....and to think we all grew up in this "beautiful, loving, family oriented, God fearing religion, lol.
