  in 5 days i'm undergoing liposuction of the hips and abs.

  i can't wait to get it done but i'm a little bit nervous as i've never been under the knife before.

  the anesthesia is local with a sedation.

  In 5 days I'm undergoing liposuction of the hips and abs. I can't wait to get it done but I'm a little bit nervous as I've never been under the knife before. The anesthesia is local with a sedation. My plastic surgeon gave me herbal supplements called Vitamedica for the inflammation, pain, and swelling in addition to pain meds (Oxycodone) and antibiotics.

  i entered a competition at school set by the british council and teachers tv.

  the prize was for 4 teachers to visit their link school anywhere in the world, and be filmed for a programme for teachers tv.. i won!!!.

  our link school is in kenya.

  Congratulations on the win! I was in Kenya on safari a few years back and one of the most cherished gifts we brought for the children were pens. The people of Kenya are very friendly towards tourist and almost anything would be appreciated.

  I'm about 3/4 into this book. Very interesting. I was expecting to see if he "comes out of the closet" in this book. He does make an acknowledgement to his longtime boyfriend, Julio, on page 212.

  david blaine is that creepy illusionist who is in a tank until his show tomorrow night.

  today we were in nyc and drove by the lincoln center where his tank is out in front.

  we quickly drove by but he was very visible and waving to the people standing around..
