  i have been writing my story today, before i joined the forum, and my friends linda and trev have encouraged me to post it.

  actually, i found it very therapeutic to write it al down.

  i hope it doeasn't bore you too much, as it is rather long.

  I have all the KMs but can't find the bit you want. Sept 1974 had some inserts that certainly allude to the imminent end. If anybody can point me in the right direction I can copy to the site for you, I will continue looking.

  Hello Marion,

  Great story, well worth writing. I lived in Derby during the war Grove Mansions in Burton Road. My Aunt taught music at Parkfield Cedars.

  I have been struggling with the same problems since my wife became a JW in 1952.

  Just remember you have more friends outside than inside.

  it had a mystical sort of quality about it.

  Several sisters from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire went to Scotland (where the need is great!) this summer, I don't know exactly where or how successful they were.

  My friend was "announced" last night!

  my friend marion, who i've posted about on here, was announced at last nights meeting as being no longer one of jehovahs witnesses.

  she sent a da letter in recently, and of course the elders tried to get her to change her mind, but she insisted, and threatened to forward a copy to the uk hq, so they made the announcement.. she had a phone call from her jw son just now, and not a pleasant one at that.

  he asked her how she could be so stupid, and told her that this was the last call of any kind he would be making to her, and she won't be allowed to see her grandchildren again until she comes to her senses.

  Please tell Marion, she now has more friends than she ever had in the JW's.

  I am going through a very difficult time at the moment, unfortunately I am unable to publish the details at this time.

  CO here this week so might be DF'd or something, as I am appearing in a court case with an Elder on the other side!!

  I have been struggling with this rotten organisation for over 50 years, it gets worse every day.

  I wish you would have a chat to the elders in my wife's congregation, they just can't keep going without telling a big heap of 'porkies' (lies).
