  Fluff: Ladies, what makes you crazy?

  in the last topic i started, i asked "what makes a chick crazy": http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/20/116188/1.ashx.

  one of the posters suggested that women talk about what drives them crazy.

  so ladies, what are the annoying habits of the people closest to you that drives you loco?.

  Isn't if funny most women's gripes are about cleaning?

  My biggest complaint is standing in line at the grocery store and some moron waits to take out their check book until the total tab is related to them. Just fill out the damn check except the amount while you are waiting!

  My next biggest gripes: white sweat socks taken off where ever and left, wet towls dumped on a bathroom floor for someone else to pick up, dirty dishes left in the sink when the dishwasher is empty, not wiping up crumbs off of a counter, and worst of all trashing the interior of cars with empty drink containers, receipts, again dirty clothes, and LEAVING THE TANK ON EMPTY FOR THE NEXT GUY.!!!!!!

  Stuffing the garbage in the kitchen to the top and then emptying coffee grounds on top that spill everywhere.

  One more thing, unloading the dryer and leaving the clothes in a wrinkled pile on the kitchen counter for some one else to fold so that you can wash and dry your one precious pair of jeans or shirt.

  Last but not least, entering a spotless kitchen at night and leaving a mess for someone else in the morning which encompasses just about everything I stated above.

  Real Estate is a bad investment. Don't buy a house!

  real estate offers little in the way of security.

  property owners suffer from heavy taxation, high maintenance costs, vandalism and inability of tenents to pay their rent.......

  I can't believe you found that quote. Apparently my parents did not abide by that little rule. They paid off their home in the 80's, made a 300% profit selling in the late 90's, bought cheap property here and doubled their money in 4 years, bought cheap again (2 properties) made 50% on both and were able to pay cash again for a home with enough left over to send the society $100,000.00 who is gracious as to pay them 6 percent until my mom dies. Then they retain the balance. Oh and by the way incase you want to leave your realestate to us, don't hesitate to call us so we can help you!

  Anything coming out of those headquarters should be trashed. A bunch of 80 to 100 year old morons, totally protected from the outside. Their life span proves they are coddled, babied, and have never lived a day with much stress....never worrying about a roof over the heads, how to feed a family, pay for the power, water, or telephone bill. How to keep the car running, oil, gas, insurance or brake maintenance. How to pay the income tax bill, real estate tax, mow a lawn, maintain a home, appliances failing. Shopping at a grocery store, trying to make ends meet while you spend $200.00 to feed your family and you still come up short at the end of the week. God forbid you should get ill, and try to make up the amount your insurance doesn't cover, or god help you if can't get insurance.

  Much like England's Monarchy.... Isn't the queen in her late 90's still shuffling around making decisions. And the Pope, which they hate,..... they are living no differently. SOB'S!

  YOU SHOULD ALL BE THROWN TO THE STREETS AND SEE HOW YOU SURVIVE LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE DO!

  ARRRRG. The whole works make me sick.

  no, i don't have this article yet, it will appear in the sep 1, 2006 wt.

  it may even be a wt study article.. in the august 15 watchtower, the box "in our next issue" has three forthcoming articles, and one of them is "when a loved one leaves jehovah".

  of interest, it's not when a loved one leaves the society, it's jehovah.. will keep you posted.

  I am so angry.....

  The statment....not exact wording....That offspring are obligated to follow what their parents taught them about the truth.......No one is obligated to follow any belief. I can give my sons advice, my opinion, and how I feel but it is up to them to decide what they want to do. They are not obligated to mirror myself.

  You morons sitting up there in New York spewing this stuff out.....you make me sick.

  The picture of someone by themselves headed into a deep dark forest devoid of foilage, who do you think you are kidding? It is a classic scene out of the Hobbit going into the haunted forest. Your art work is lame and your thinking is lame. God forbid anyone be able to think for themselves.

  The picture of the young man walking out the door with his shirt loose, and the parents in utter pain....get real!

  I am pround when my sons walk out the door, ready to take on the world with their own beliefs, ideas and dreams.

  SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING OUT THIS PROPAGANDA!

  Would YOU kill someone if you felt they really deserved to die?

  could be anyone, osama bin laden, oj simpson, pat robertson, someone who personally hurt you or your family, anyone at all.

  would you pull the trigger, throw the switch, etc, which would end someones life?

  would it make a difference if no one would ever know, versus everyone knowing?

  If anyone had touched my boys growing up, I would have had no trouble doing great bodily harm.

  When they were young, my husband had a business associate who went off his rocker. His wife called me one day and told us that he had left a message to her on their telephone containing the message he was going to come and shoot myself and my boys...(this is after we let him go as an employee) The police were called in and sure enough he had 6 fully loaded weapons, they arrested him and she bailed him out within hours.

  The police came to us and we were told the following, get your boys out of town, which we promptly did, flying them to Chicago to stay with their grandparents until I could leave. I was also told to buy a shotgun and have it sawed off. I was also told to sleep with that shotgun and if this idiot made one step through the front door I was allowed to shoot (to kill). I was also told by the officer not to repeat this advice to anyone.

  What I did do: Went and adopted the biggest dog I could find, bought a hickory baseball bat and studded it with screws. It was an awful time for us. The following week, I left for Chicago, and my husband was in charge of the dog. He brought him with him in his car one day. They were out on some open field and the dog spotted a squirrel. The dog took off with my husband still firmly attached to the leash. The dog literally dragged my husband for yards over the wet grass..he was sliding on his back hanging on for dear life. He eventually had to let go. The dog disappeared into the brush never to be found. Much like the man who threatened our family, he disappeared without a trace. No one has seen or heard from him since. It's kind of scary to think he is still out there some where.

  today, when i was walking into the grocery store entrance an old jw friend of mine was walking out.

  it was one of those face to face akward moments where there's no way you can pretend the other person isn't there.

  I can relate! It kind of takes the breath out of you doesn't it?

  This kind of reaction makes you feel like evil personified. Think about everyone you have ever met in your life. Other than a JW, who do you know who would react like that to a smile and hello?

  It is just out and out bad behavior.

  Dear MRsjones5,

  The one thing I did was learn to play the piano. Learn it if you can.

  I have played for over 35 years. The sad thing is I became too depressed to practice over the last 6 weeks.

  Here are my favorites: Enya, Chopin, Camile saint S, and Rachmoninoff, too name a few. I have arthritis in my hands which makes it difficult for me to play anyway. So the whole thing is depressing to me.

  I have a beautiful old grand piano from 1925 by Chickering.

  The sound is beautiful and I guess I am spoiled.

  Don't mind me, learn to play, it does wonders for the spirit !
