I was born and raised a JW. Third generation in the Church of the Brainwashed. I left at 18, proudly disassociating myself. I then spiraled into drugs and depravity for about two years. However, 7 years later I consider myself a fully recovered exJW (although I think I'm now permanently depraved). I just graduated from nursing school and life looks okay. I happily believe that this life is what I've got and I'm having a lot of fun and actually living.
