Last week the new tract was put in door. (After 3 years of me being out) and now they are canvasing like crazy all over the place with armfulls of stuff. They came to my door and through the screen I yelled "Got the tract, thank you" and disappeared to the back of my home. Hate to be rude, but what's the point.

I am now going to be a bigger Apostate............

i am hoping this will eventually lead to a theology degree.. remember how the wt scoffs at people saying they attended theology schools?

Good for you. Paul said to prove all things....I know I did, lots of research at the Library with all the theological books there and found that the JW's were not true to form and were a cult. Congrats!!!!

What holiday is your favorite?

the air is crisper and cooler, a relief from the hot summer.
the season is a celebration of the harvest, as the earth has once more provided her bounty which the people store up to last through the winter until spring.. .

Way too many holdays in this country. Everytime you turn around there is no mail due to some kind of holiday.
I would normally say xmas, but my family is up north and I am stuck in Florida, so I hate it now.
Of course, Groundhog day is nice......really.

i saw about 6 dubs today and they were all dressed in black- how goulish.
one brother dub placed a trash at a gas station.

Got my new tract. Even though they have not come 'round since I left 3 years ago.
They left it in the door. I was very disappointed. Same old thing, different day. Just; "DO YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH?" with the usual "what happens to the dead", "will suffering ever end", etc. etc. Oh, "the way to true happiness" always gets me casue I think, happiness is not with that group, for me anyway. and then the usual follow up: "If you would like a witness to come to you're house and study the Bible with you, please call this number".......nah

The Number 7
by megs inowing to the abundant chatter about the "great tribulation" i started googling some things... anyway, there is a christian forum devoted to "end times chat", the current buzz is as follows:.
the dow today is down 777. the bail-out is 700 billion.
today at sunset was the beginning of the 7 year sabbatical cycle.. "7" is the number for completion and extremely significant throughout scripture.. it truly makes you wonder!!.
