i've discovered a christian sect that's the antithesis of the wtbts.

every negative emotion, word, thought, action, and attitude of watchtower madness finds it's mirror image in the unity school of christianity.

whereas the wt is authoritarian and demands submission, unity fosters free thought, inquiry, and individual autonomy.

I've discovered a Christian sect that's the antithesis of the WTBTS. Every negative emotion, word, thought, action, and attitude of Watchtower Madness finds it's mirror image in the Unity School of Christianity. Whereas the WT is authoritarian and demands submission, Unity fosters free thought, inquiry, and individual autonomy. Whereas the Tower rejects modern science, Unity embraces modern science. Whereas the Tower uses fear and guilt, Unity engenders trust and self-acceptance. Whereas the Tower hates the world Unity embraces the world. Whereas the Tower claims they alone have Truth, Unity proclaims that all sentient beings have the Truth. Whereas the Tower inculcates and "us and them" mentality, Untiy fosters inclusiveness. Whereas the Tower uses the Bible as a club, Unity uses it to open hearts to love. Whereas the Tower confines God to a collection of books called the Bible, Unity teaches all to find God everyhwere. You name the negative aspect of the Tower, and you will find it's opposite in Unity. Here is the headquarters of the Anti-Tower, Unity Village, in Lees Summit MO. G

Anyone who has lived with many women, as I have, knows this shrink has his head in a dark and peculiar place. Women are smarter than men and more clever. We are wired so very differently and most men lack subtlety to see the cunning differences. G

I am a realist. Facing front, I am direct. I enjoy playing Devil's Advocateand neither fear nor avoid discussions. I care little for details and am a risk taker. I am secure, stubborn, and stick to my ideals. My large ears indicate I am a GREAT listener. The tail siz indicates I have a good sex life.

Now, for the accurate part of this test:

I am in fact a realist, very direct, and I love playing the devils advocate. Discussions, debates are the staff of life. I do care about details though, and though I do take risks I feel that's just the nature of life. not of myself. I am secure, but not stubborn. I stick to my ideals, but not overly so. I'm still malleable by intelligence and knowledge greater than my own. I am a better than average listener and my sex life is good. All in all this was an accurate test. Thanks for the fun! You get two lil piggie poopers to put in yer piggy bank. G

after spending years with the witnesses, and the knowledge we have now, is there a religion that matches our biblical knowledge and experience?.

i think that we are way beyond any religion that exists, and that's why we stay out of religion today..

You should indeed stay out of religion. It's dead and useless in most cases, or actively harmful as in the case of JWs. Try learning and putting into practice spiritual principles instead. A life lived by spiritual principles WORKS because spirituality is pragmatic. If something doesn't actually work it's heaved overboard. You tasted of a grotesque little religion, don't let it destroy the spiritual part of you and your life. That would be akin to eating at Long John Silvers and declaring that you are now an expert on restaurant food and that it all sucks. G
