Several months ago (Spring Break time) a young brother from this DB was tempted by very attractive female classmates to spend Spring Break with them instead of what he had planned. He successfully resisted Satan's attack and pressure to compromise his faith. Yet, how was this an attack from the devil? Was one or all of those girls possessed by a demon? How was this an attack from the devil

Poor guy in a few years he will be kicking himself for that one...

Nilfun,I agree with ya....It brings back alot of memories from the past..It just amazes me how they dwell on demons..Its as if there fasinated with it...

All that Star Trek stuff reminded me of a couple of bro and sis that thought we would be like star trek after armagedon..and voyage into space.....

Got mine last year after losing my twins..It really does go numb and doesnt hurt....kinda tickle like lil shocks....Hope the pic comes out ok...

i was laughing at the thread talking about the blue smurfs, how demonic they were.

:) it made me remember other stupid phobias the witnesses had, and how easy rumours were to spead around.

one for instance, was the false rumour about proctor and gamble, and how their business emblem/ picture/ whatever you call it was demonic, and how it was the sign of the devil, and to stay away from anything to do with that company.

That would be the word...and woulda helped if told why they said shouldnt use it...they said that it was made from blood..and we should only eat the non blood type of course...

Oh and yea we got rid of all procter and gamble products..

Atleast everyone knows I cant spell now....lol

They gave a talk at our hall one year and said that u have to be careful about eating thinks with Lithenin( Hope thats spelled right,Its a thicking agent for chocolate) used in itLike Chocolate Milk and Chocolate .My Mom was so paranoid she wouldnt let us drink milk or eat chocolate till she either called that company or received a reply from them in the mail..Only good thing out of it is one company sent a whole load of samples back

It is another case of the amazing influence these psychos have over people..Dont go to any yard sales that stuff could be possessed.

I like the way you talk in circles there on ya last one...impose on you like tyranny....so I see that you give the dubs a break if they take blood...No they are still reguired to do the samethings as a Dfed person to get back in good graces...so that tells me that the borg says you cant..Like you the watchtower gives the view it wants you to have..then tells you not to read any further ...Why because then you would see there uhhh confused...yes people die from taken bad blood...people also die from not taken blood...the issue can be argued both ways and both could have plenty of medical professionals to back there opinion....

And by the way if u spoke to your elders bout the views u have,,,you would be on the outside looking in...

in central florida,(orlando area) two firefighters died in a training exercise a couple of days ago.

it was a terrible way to die and a tragic loss.

i was surprised to hear today that one is a witness and that his funeral is being held at a convention center (tupperware?

Grunt..that is where the ~~duds~~ dubs jump the gun and assume..A paramedic is an extention of the Dr & the ER he works under his orders and set protocols..And surprise surprise Paramedics are not allowed to hang blood its not feasable on an ambulance..Some patients that need to be move from one hosp to another have blood hanging and you transport them with it....it runs out ya hang normal saline....

There is NOT a blood issue...

Its another case of Elders judging something they have no clue about and instead of asking they assume....after prayer and careful mediation on the scriptures of course

Oh listen to all the kingdom music you wanted to..other than that parents had to run it by an elder...LOL...i remember the song jack and diane forget who it is by...I thought my mom was going to have a heart attack..all music was bad....but for some odd reason country was pretty much ok with them...sure had nothing to do with there preferences..

This is truly sad that he lost his life in training.However he was training to save lives of others.

I was a Lt in FD and also a Paramedic in my county .I was looked down on by the JW because I was required to wear a flag on my uniform.The fact that everyday I worked to help people in the worst conditions and in times of need did not matter.

I hope that they do not belittle his death or the men and women who attend to pay there respects to there comrade.There is no greater sacrifice than to give your life for another .
