  i don't think we've had one for a while, i can't find the last one anyway!

  so just to satisfy my curiosity it would be great to see some of your photos, of you, your family even your pets (they're family too!

  Boundaries

  it's amazing but since leaving the borg, i've learned to set proper boundaries.

  it's had a big impact on my personal happiness.

  this may sound stupid to some people, because 'worldly people' have and respect these boundaries natuarly.

  There are 2 things I learned after I left...and they took a while....

  1) Respect for myself and not letting people disrespect me. This issue was mainly with my parents. They still don't show me respect, but, I no longer take it and do not allow them to get to me anymore.

  2) Self Validation....It was tough, since I was used to getting validation for what I was doing from people all my life by pleasing them and doing what was expected of me. Nowdays, if I am content with my choices...I do not need anyone else to tell me if they are or not.

  When I think back to all the "elder interference" I was used to having in my life, it is really like coming out of a whole different world.

  My Cong- "Large Witness Gatherings are Banned!! And fancy dress? Why?

  a year ago in my cong, an elder who must be hitler's love child, gets up and tells us how some brothers are planning a fancy dress party, a large social gathering.

  sounds fun i though!

  "brothers a sincere christian would not attend such a gathering, we are warning you not to go near it.

  The elders put an end to a sisters-only get together mid-week after service. We only got to do it 1 time...then it was ended because "we could fall into the gossip trap"...H*ll...we got the gossip out of the way while in service!

  LOL.....So much to look forward to ,huh! Megan does try to eat dog food whenever she can...I guess I am on the path to having my child turn into a puppy! ( I used to say when I was preggo and miserable..."I should've gotten a puppy")

  i want to have a good response when she asks if i got it- because i feel like it has nothing to do with jw's, just a coincidence.

  i feel like she thinks i hate god, but it has nothing to do with him- it's the religion itself.

  How cute!! If you want to make him feel more like a dog (I did this for a holloween costume once) glue some fuzzy material (cut out like dog ears) on a headband....Easy! He would probably love it!!

  One last picture I wanted to share....This is at Ripley's Believe it or Not Aquarium in Myrtle Beach. We went through a tunnel aqarium and I think this is such a neat picture!!
