the question was raised regarding the so-called "sarcasm" that bill bowen expressed on a number of threads and posts about ray franz being "great or what".

if bill bowen is simply trying to make "peace", we are left to feel that we should just dismiss any statements that were made by "silentlambs" and let bygones be bygones.

Minimus, you say it sounded like scarcasm? How can you know what the tone of his speech was when you did not actually hear his voice when he made the comment.

You only read his written words on a page and assumed that it was made with scarcasm. He could have had tears in his eyes or he could have had a quivering tone in his voice. He could have meant it sincerely with a cheer in his voice. You cannot be sure. You have no way of knowing. However, you want to jump to the conclusion that he meant it as scarcasm. You picked the lowest common denominator and are declaring it as truth when it is simply your opinion.

If an interloper was sent to this board to cause division, he/she could not do a better job than that you are doing.

ok, here is what happened.

i had someone from this site (who i won't name) who sent me two e-mails.

this person told me that they read the post where i mentioned that i have had a rough time since i got to las vegas.

as has been stated already, the presentation made from the silent lambs source in connection with the child abuse issue completely misrepresents my position.

when i spoke by phone recently with the author of that presentation, and pointed out that i had never expressed the views presented, his comment was that from his previous conversation with me (held some months earlier) he "got the impression that i was not on the same wave length" with him.

Kelsey, I am amused because I believe that if you saw things in reverse, i.e., where Ray Franz was being overwhelming believed and Bill Bowen was being summarily discredited you would be applauding.

In any case, glad you are having such a good time.

Had A Visit Today!

i was in the yard and this car pulled up to the driveway and a couple of jws stepped out.

(one of them was the guy i mentioned the other day who made the unbelievable remarks) the co is in town and they invited me to the kh.

we talked a few minutes and i gave them a few things to think about.

I believed that new light was brought on by some 'concensus questioning' by the remnant from around the world. This would spur the GB to deliberate on the topic and decide on the new light.
