Orange, I think its a fantastic idea. I'm going to write mine today! They don't have to be long letters, just letters expressing our disappointment and outrage!

BILL BOWEN DISFELLOWSHIPPED!
by Rado Vleugel in.
the associated press reports that bill bowen, former elder and anti- sexual abuse activist, has been disfellowshipped by the watchtower society for criticizing the handling of child sexual abuse cases.. read it on-line: http://www.watchtowerinformationservice.org/.

Of course, we are not surprised, but still it's so sad that they would disfellowship someone whom they should be praising and
congratulating for bringing their shortcomings in the handling of sensitive matters to their attention.

You're Aurora!
You live in a dreamworld all your own. Perhaps you escape to this fantasyland to get away from your troubled past. Because of your preoccupied nature, you might ignore the well-meaning warnings of your parents or guardians. But remember that not all strange men in the forest are Prince Charmings, no matter how well they dance. A friend to animals (and who isn't?), you are especially fond of owls. (You're probably a Harry Potter fan as well.) Be careful that you don't sleep away your life waiting for true love's kiss.

GETTING THE COLD SHOULDER???
by plmkrzy incan't seem to connect with some family members lately.
it's easy to brush it off when it's only a couple days or so.
but when you can't seem to connect via ph or internet after several days then the paranoia begins to set in and the anxiety begins to build up.

Plum, it distresses me to hear that you are feeling blue! You are much to nice a person to ever feel that they are being neglected.
Life, as you know, has its ups and downs. I pray that tomorrow and all your tomorrows will be bright and shiny!!

Hi Zenpunk, I'm not an expert or anything. I only know what works for me. I do not eat fast food at all. Can't stand all that grease. I eat lots of raw peppers and carrots. I have a refrigerator full of yogurts. I hardly eat meat. My mother only rarely gave us meat with I was little and so its carried over. I do eat chicken sometimes and ground turkey.
I know its going to sound strange, but you know how pwople eat meat, veggies and poitatoes or rice for dinner? That balanced meal all the nutritionists talk about. Well, we eat only one of those. In other words for dinner we'll have just the meat, or just the potatoes or just vegetables. Never all of them at one sitting. Too much food!
My children are also very thin.
I know that this is not for everyone, but it works for us.

Zenpunk, I do. I have long believed that we as Americans just eat too much!! I eat very little. I am 38 years old and everyone says I look younger. I feel great besides. However, I don't know how much is diet and how much is just "good" genes!
