GUESS WHO I SAW TODAY!
by badboy inas i walked to he newsagent,i saw a man with a leather bag and a woman putting child in pushchair, as i came back she was talking to a householder, hen as i walked down ,i saw a couple o women trying to buzzthe communal flats around the road,i went back ino my flat and waited.. because after a while,i haven't been knocked on, i looked out the communal door, only when i looked across the street did i see a man and woman.. later i heard the buzzers going for upstairs, so i slipped and saw this man talking to his(invisible)companion.. then when they walked to my communal door, i opened it and we had a conversion.. `we are bible students'.

Where do you like to sit on a plane and why?

CAN YOU ANSWER THIS QUESTION?
by Terry ina semi-famous math professional poses this question in a book i'm reading.. i find the answer to be counter-intuitive, but, entertaining.. here is the question:.
you buy a sack of spuds that weighs 100lbs and are told it is 99% water.. you leave the sack outside in the sun for a couple of days before bringing it inside to store.. you find the spuds are now only 98% water.. how much does the sack of spuds weigh?
(this is not a trick question.

by ninja ini have always said as men we down play our intuition, when we should rely on it more.
words i should have lived by........i was dating a woman one time....i was getting bad vibes...something was amiss....i should have known something was up when there was another man in her bed and 2 children watching telly in the living room...the subtle signs...also the wedding ring on her finger and photos of the family on the mantle piece were telling me something was not quite right...but what?

The WTS: Masters of the GRANFALLOON (propaganda technique)
by M.J. inin honor of the late kurt vonnegut, i would like to introduce / promote a term to watchtower watcher land: granfalloon.
this was a term vonnegut invented in the novel cat's cradle, meaning (in his words) "a proud and meaningless association of human beings".. but the point goes beyond disparaging the "meaning" of certain human "associations".. it turns out that vonnegut touched on a basic human tendency, that an individual's self-concept is largely derived from the social groups he/she perceives his/her self to be a part of.
in other words, our own definition of who we are to a large extent is wrapped up the various social categories we put ourselves into.
