  Opinion: Federal Sales Tax

  why not replace the income tax with a federal sales tax?

  i see several advantages to this.

  it would eliminate the expense of the internal revenue service.

  Not to be confused with The Rabbit.

  Another benefit of a Federal Sales Tax is that the Legal Aliens would have to pay it. My understanding is that they are in this country now working, but don't have to pay taxes. If we had the sales tax, maybe they wouldn't be exempt at the register too.

  I didn't think that a name could cause such controversy. I knew there was a DustRabbit, but since bunny & rabbit do not look or sound the same, I certainly had no reason to think there would be a problem for the Rabbit. I've been reading the forum since my wyfe signed up & she has been after me for some time to sign up so when I finally did, I wanted to use a name she would easily know it was me. Since my nickname Dusty was already taken, I decided to use the name she gave me when we 1st started e-mailing to get to know each other. When she sent me the link this morning for the Rabbit's post, I felt I had been attacked & for no good reason. Now that I've had a chance to calm down, I've decided that to keep the Rabbit happy, I will choose a new nick & believe me I will do some research to make sure that my new nick is not similar to any other nick on this board. Are you up to the challenge wyfe to see if you can spot my new nick? I'm not going to tell you when I register the new one.

  well my friends....my real friends...the funeral is over.

  i can count 5 witnesses...only 5, that offered any sort of comfort to me.

  I am a believer in what goes around comes around. What we do to another, we also do to ourselves. As they get older they will need help around the house or help to get errands done. When they can't get the young'uns in the congregation to help them, they'll regret alienating their children. They put their faith in Jehovah, but it won't be Jehovah cutting their grass or taking them grocery shopping.

  i really need your feedback .

  i am really down on the dumps regarding being shunned and torn apart about da (i haven't yet).

  a week ago i wrote to dr. phil on oprah and wrote briefly about jw practices on shunning.

  Awesome!! Let me know when they'll show it, I want to set the VCR. Everyone who has been thru the shunning thing should go with you. Don't lose out on the opportunity to expose the Witlesses for who they really are.
