  Defending WT changing Doctrines

  ok - dont shout at me -but i know that archaeologists will change a theory based on a new find.

  OK - dont shout at me -but I know that Archaeologists will change a theory based on a new find. So will Historains. So will Scientists. I mean we no longer teach Wave Mechanics -it is now Quantum Mechanics and so on. In chemistry in 1975 I was taught that HSO3 with a positive charge was present in concentrated sulfuric acid and was involved in the reaction mechanism of sulfonation. Now I know that it is SO3.

  So what is so wrong with the WTS doing some research and changing a doctrine.? It is the same in other disciplines.

  Nothing wrong with it, as long as they're not claiming to be 'inspired' and in possession of the TRUTH of GOD'S mind, and viewpoint, on the matter...every step of the way, no matter what discovery or change they make along the way...................... But, Oh wait----------- The WTS does that........

  We need Sparkplug, Persephone, and MsMcDucket on here to explain the 'other' cultural usages of the term Kool-aid, since none of these explanations produced even touches upon the references these guys have common understanding of (the Movie "Clerks II" has something to do with it).

  BADGER had Gall bladder Surgery HE IS OK!!

  i got a call from aztec and badger had gall blader surgery yesterday.

  when she took him in for emergency surgery someone broke in and burglarized their apartment.

  talk about a bad weekend.

  20 Weeks Smoke Free

  meant to post this yesterday, but been so busy with life and marriage!

  yesterday was my 20th week anniversary on the day that i quit smoking!

  it feels so good to be smoke free, my wife is happier and so is my bank account, lol!.

  Congrats, all you smoke-free peoples!! I have a lot of respect for those who can and DO make it, to quit.... (Never been a smoker myself, but my dad finally quit after 50 years of smoking, using the patch.... I know it was really difficult for him--but he did it!!)
