Clam, Welbutrin is a prescription antidepresant and most doctors have no problem prescribing it if you trying to quite smoking. I hope things mellow out for you soon. Nic fits are no fun for anyone.

I know several people that took Wellbutrin to get through nic withdrawls and they said it helped alot. It does take a while for the dopamine receptors to shrink back to normal.

The USD index is at 81.35 and most economist say that when it gets to 80 or lower serious problems are going to start. We will not hear about it on the news until it's too late to do much. The news is still wetting themselves over the record DOW levels and not covering the looming USD crisis.

TV Shows...which ones didn't you get to watch?

i remember being pissed off as a kid every saturday morning, because we always had to go out in field service.

35 years ago there were not that many shows to pick from so not being allowed to watch even a few of them did not leave much. I did get to watch the Six Million Dollar Man and that was always one of my favorites.
We did not even get a color TV until I was twelve so it's always cool to watch those old shows in color.

Since I only have one child she is in a local private school and is a year ahead of the kids in the public school. Her class has only twelve kids and the teacher has a full time assistant. The principal is also the administration but quite often a substitute teacher. Every penny is accounted for and the parents get to see the books anytime they want.
They go all out for the holidays and take one field trip per month. There is no political correctness or progressive agendas being shoved down thier throats. There is no comparison to our local public schools. Her school has numerous after school programs for sports, arts and gifted student classes. The upper classmen all are assigned a student to be a little brother or sister to and to help with school work. One of six counselors visits with each student every month to find out how they are doing and address any problems or issues.
When my daughter gets older she can still go to selected public school classes also if her school does not offer a particular subject.
I spend less then what a two pack a day smoker would spend per month on the tuition ($350).

Aside from the ones that were on during meeting nights my mom would not lets us watch others due to content.

The list goes on and on. At least there is TV Land so I can watch all those shows and reclaim a little bit of my twisted over sheltered childhood.
Anytime there was a magic show at school I had to miss it. To this day my mom still thinks it's demonism. Never mind how many magicians and illusionists have been on TV explaing the science and psychology of it.
The list of what I can't stand about the JW's is very long but thier ignorance is very close to the top.
