This is not from WTS, but it could well have been. It explains with numerous scriptures quoted why it is impossible for God to break one of his commandments (Thou shall not kill). It is a erroneous translation which should have been: “Do not put anyone to death without cause.” In other words, if the murder was justified as in God's case, he merely killed. And he's allowed to kill humans, because humans are sinners. It's their birthright for crying out loud! :-(
