Hi, it's me again

it's really great to be back on here, i've missed you all so much.

i'm home for the weekend, and feeling a lot better than i was earlier in the week.

i picked up an infection and felt really awful for a day or two, but it's ok now.

It's so sickening. The sad thing is the wts are telling dubs that Spry isn't a witness anymore and hasn't been for years. Already they are spinning their own tale.

Wish this were the other way round...

i met up with someone i used to know but lost contact with about 3m ago - i saw her in the street and struck up a conversation, mentioned that i didn't go to meetings any more and it turned out that she didn't either.

anyhow, have been keeping in touch with the odd phone call and text but her bro died last month.

he had just started studying (they were all bought up as dubs but their father used to beat them up) and got baptised at the last assembly.

I know it sounds harsh but they will soon get sick of the love bombing and go back to their old ways, and she will see they are just the same as always. You're a good friend bluebell.

Just ran my BEST race time ever!!! (sorta)

29 minutes and 00 seconds in a 5k (3.1 mile) race this morning.

that is a 9 minute 40 second mile pace.. 9th place for my age group.. .

there's just ooooone tiny problem...... after the race we all found out that the cops changed the race path without telling anyone and so instead of 3.1 miles we only ran 2.8 miles.. i was sooo excited about how great i had ran.
