  it may have been done before, if it has it's being done again.. what worldly music did you listen to?

  i'm talking about the singer/band that made the elders blood boil and got you whispers and stares at the kingdom hall.. i was an eighties child so for me it was madonna!

  the lacy tops and bras, crucifixes, slutty makeup and openess towards sex was the perfect outlet for me.

  I hope she wins. Its so sad that these cases keep popping up, but I'm so glad people are finding the courage to speak up and I just hope that by continuing to do so it can put an end to cases like these happening in the future.

  She finally passed away

  my brother called me yesterday from california and told me his dear wife had finally passed away at 9:40 pst.

  she fought long and hard and didnt go easily into the night.

  if god wanted her home she wasnt going to go without a fight!

  the elders cames to my home on saturday and i didn't answer the door, so they told my sister to relay the message.

  the message was "you know what it's about, we're going to make the announcement next meeting".

  i knew it was coming...but it feels so weird.

  I bet lots of them, esp your peers and the ones who are growing up and just starting to question things, will be thinking 'damn I wish I was her.' You could be starting them on the road to freedom also.

  Fader here too. It's been coming for a few years now, I had lots of doubts but I pushed them to the back of my mind as being a dub was all I ever knew(was raised in the troof). It's funny that only in the last few months have people started to notice my long absenses (sp?) from the kingdumb hall. Am trying to stay under the radar to avoid the shunning.

  Yes.

  In little ways, I wouldn't go out and enjoy myself on the weekends as I didn't want to be too tired to go to the meeting or on the min.

  Also in bigger ways, I pioneered, instead of concentrating on my health problems and dealing with them more proactively, coz of course everything will be ok in the new system and in the meantime you don't wanna be found bloodguilty now do you.
