I always viewed No Trespassing signs as an excellent and valid excuse for not going to someone's house!

think you were above the law when it came to trespassing?
i began thinking about this after reading about danny haszard's pepper spray incident.
(i was too late to see the video btw).

the right brain vs left brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or counter-clockwise?.

at first i saw her turn clockwise, then counter clockwise.......
For the life of me I cannot see her going any direction other than clockwise, though I have to admit the right brain side description does fit me very well...

The apostates were the crazies who picketed in front of the conventions. It would never have occurred to me they might be in my hall! (yeah, I was oblivious. Of course I was, I was a DUB!)

Bumblebee makes a good point. I was thinking along similar lines. What is likely to be more offensive, not participating in whatever religion specific customs might be involved, or not even bothering to show up!?! Once more, trying to use total crap reasoning. What a load of shyte.

can there still be reasonable doubt that legitimate threat?

I Burn For You, the live version on his double album Bring On the Night. Haunting and beautiful and savage. ORRRRRR, Be Still My Beating Heart. I love the helpless wonder the song somehow conveys about falling in love. Tea in the Sahara for the Police, or Murder By Numbers, tough choice... brunn

aside from mark nearly swallowing the mic... this is some of the best ever done.
jeff .
I loved the Brothers in Arms cd. I had the album, wore it out, bought the tape, wore it out and I've gone through two cds since I lost the first one. The final album cut is so haunting it still gives me chills. brunn
i really have never understood prayers too well or how they are answered or not.
i really think it is more of a self-help type excercise.
aren't there some really funny experiences in the yearbooks on prayers answered!?
LOL, oompa! I always felt like I was talking to myself anyway. I hated the long pompous prayers at the hall that weren't really prayers but instead were opportunities for sanctimonious S.O.B.'s to hammer home the "sin of the week." I am SO glad I'm outta there! Thanks for reminding me of how stupid and inane they are! brunn
has anyone experienced something really outrageous among the jw's that you want to share?.
we once had a couple of jw's follow us (policeing us) as we were on our way to my (then, he's now my ex) husband's boss's home.
his boss wanted us over for an end of the year party and didn't consider it a christmas party because he knew we didn't celebrate christmas.
LMAO, knock knock!!! That is freaking hilarious!!!
