  Yes suavojr I know the Jacobos. Finally! Someone that knows some of the people I knew! Woo-hoo!

  I dont have any dirt on them. I just know they were better than average speakers at assamblies. I take it you were close (geographically) to the Jacobos?

  Do you know the Legros family? The Chavez family? Raymond Perez? I believe he's the one that read the financial announcement at the assamblies.

  Almost like they are selling vacation packages now... Maybe they're going try to maximize the convention revenue stream by re-packaging them as a vacations to the rank and file.

  Never heard of brother Izquierdo. Some of the CO's I grew up with:

  Ted and Helen Ament - really nice couple

  Episcopo

  Rene Ramirez - kindof a jerk actually, although maybe he was just doing his job and following orders.

  There were others, whose names I dont remember. There was one that was a real jerk. And I mean even die-hards like my Dad knew there was a problem with him. Heard he's driving a bus now.

  Ah, Lawrence. Brings back memories. Good food. It was nice to go with the speaker (usually my dad or an older brother) to give the talk because we'd usually get invited to lunch in someone's home. Lawrence was known for great looking sisters. (At least to the teenagers and young adults in the circuit.)

  How 'bout now, anyone here from the Boston MA Spanish Congregation? Cant believe it's been SIX years since my original post. Where are the JP Spanish and Dorchester Spanish and Roxbury Spanish people at? That's right I'm calling out the congos by name.

  JW Paradise would be like living under a totalitarian regime. Life would be a bitch. Obey or die. You drink a little too much alcohol a couple of times and that could be the end of you. You can't control your lustful thoughts for sister so-and-so, you might get zapped by Jehovah. Can't get that masturbation "problem" under control? The elders might stone you. After all, there will be no Ceasar to stop them from carrying out Jehovah's will to the fullest. And god forbid you have independent thoughts....

  I think I'll stick to the good ol' USA with all it's problems and imperfections. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go masturbate.
