  I desperately need some advice

  i'm new to this forum as a user, 'been hanging around for a while and enjoyed reading the posts here, this site has provided a lot of confidence and encouragement to me through harsh times.

  so nice to know that other people out there struggle with the same issues as me.

  Hi redbeard, Welcome to the forum.

  Be true to youself. I think the answer is inbedded in this thought.

  If I'm going, I don't know what will happen. I have the choice of leaving for good, continue with my 'worldly' girlfriend that I love and have recently met, and live my own life. OR I could go back inside and keep family, friends and still have the 'worldly' friends that I have found, though I hate the organisation and everything it stands for, hate the elders and their power and don't believe in anything they say. I know they will accept me and love me as I am, but I will have to ignore the facts and accept my life,

  i believe in god, but i also realize he may not exist.. if you don't believe in god, i really don't care, i'm just curious.. i don't have this need to start threads like "why you must believe in god", or other such nonsense, but some of you still have this "control" issue that you thought you left in the org.

  it seems like you must still try to control what others think.

  Past few days have been very emotional for me ,when will it get better ?

  since my mom passed in january my dad has wanted me to go through her things and clear out her bedroom.

  i procrastinated long enough so the past two days i have been sorting through it all .

  i feel like i have been punched in the gut .

  I can't imagine the pain. When my dad died in 2001 it fell upon my sisters to go through his stuff. They sent me a package with some of his jewelry, his hat, and some other treasures. I found a new respect for my dad after he died. I never knew he cherished some of the things he did.

  Hugs to you troubled mind. The pain lessens for me but so far it hasn't gone away. Life is for the living.

  staying "in Truth" for family--is it worth it?...hyporcrite needing help

  i have just been outed on this site due to my own stupidity, and lost my anonymity after just a short pleasant while here.

  i have been turned in folks, compete with screen name/avatar, by family and i have a ton in.

  it is easy to tell it is me, although i never use anyones names.
