You are only male human.
Why did you think God gave men two eyes and one willy?
So they can only do one at a time.
do you realize that the organization keeps you captive through the manipulation of guilt?
they make you feel guilty because you didn't auxillary pioneer when you knew you could've.. they make you feel bad about yourself for masturbating although they know everyone does it.. they try to make you feel bad because you didn't contribute as much money as you could because you went on vacation....and so forth.. isn't it great to not feel guilt anymore over these things???
?.

to be recommended for eldership you must first show yourself worthy through works, such as meeting attendance and participation, field service hours and having the "right attitude" (meaning they are organization men).
many ms will become elder's shadows, in hopes to be recommended by them for eldership.
nepotism and bias runs in my congregation.we have 4 elders who are all related.
I heard that in one congregation 9going back some time now), the best way of moving up the ladder was to screw a certain elder's wife.
Although she wasn't too bad looking by reports, there was one particular self righteous brother that wouldn't do it. When he confronted her husband about the situation, he said didn't believe him and he was facing for the Judicial Committee for spreading lies about his wife. In the JC, she denied the allegation and said that she was never unfaithful to her husband. He was stripped from being a MS and lost all his priviledges. He went ballistic after that.
During a one meeting, he broke into the elder's house and found several home videos of her with different brothers in the act and the elder was filming it and participating as well. He then went to the Kingdom Hall approached the brother after the meeting and told him to fess up to the true story of what they were doing. The elder said he had no proof, and the brother opened his bag and said "I have all the proof needed."
To cut the story short, the elder and his wife were DF, along with another recently appointed elder. The brother didn't want his privileges back and he eventually left completely. However, the elder that had the video tapes went to the police and charged him for break and entering and stealing.
So much for the brotherhood.
i heard one recently from a paramedic.
he said he uses the line "take off all your clothes, lay down on the stretcher and do everything the nice paramedic tells you".
i lauged so hard when he said it.
A few that I heard my mates using when we were young at D/C's and C/A's
"You must be one of Job's daughter's, I didn't know the ressurection had started already."
"Are you by any chance a exocist/chiropractor? Cause you make men's head turn."
"You must stay in bed alot, cause your getting your fair share of beauty sleep."
"You heard how big Goliath was. That's the my name of my willy."
"You must work at both Bonds (a under-clothes manufacturer) and at Dairy Farmers, cause I have just creamed my underpants seeing you."
"You must be a fulfullment of a Bible verse. Proverb 5:19 Can I have a suck?"
Another one used was the following at social gatherings, which had a good come back if you were rejected.
Question (yelling over the music): Do you wanna dance?
If she rejected (yell at her): I said you fat in those pants.
to control a person, or control a group of people , any cult , including jehovah's witnesses , have to gain your trust that they are the authority on what you need to know.
even people have been known to use these " catch phrases " to gain trust , or " hook lines " as you'd call them to gain control over groups of people or individually in their own lives.
see if you are familiar with these phrases which empower the sender of the phrase , but demands rapt allegiance from listeners to be the " gospel truth " without challenge , which can take the listeners power away.
Here are some I remembered that were said to me and others and the replies were given in red.
If Jesus/Jehovah were standing beside you (doing whatever), would you still do it? - Normally I would say 'yes' just to nark the brother.
The Truth is actually a 'Way of Life'. - So is being greedy, but that doesn't stop egotistical elders.
Jah will correct things in his time. - I'm glad he not building my house, he'll need a millenium just to lay the foundations.
Jesus is in charge of the body of elders. - If that's the case, the ressurection has already happened and Hitler and his henchmen are in charge of the congregation then.

I hate how the WatchPower study article will have something along the lines "it's a conscience matter" when it comes to choice of recreation, pursuits etc and that others are not to judge you for your choice. But at the end of the study, the article then goes on about "not stumbling your brother" when making our decision.
WTF, firstly they say it's YOUR choice, and at the end, but only as long as IT FOLLOWS the WatchPower lines of thinking.
It's MY decision! Only I'M answerable for my choice. Not someone else!
i just remembered when i was a kid and we would go to the assembly, it was fun because we got to buy new clothes and put extra effort into looking good.
when we would get there you could save your seats and even save some for your friends, then go off looking for them.. i used to love our circuit assembly because of the food.
it was at the assembly hall and there was a big kitchen, some of my favourite brothers worked in that kitchen, sometimes i was allowed to go in and help.
There was a teenage brother in the congregation that I grew up in whose father was an elder. At the next meeting at the KH after the DC, he told us that he got grounded for 6 weeks when a sister that he met and given his phone number to at the DC, rang him at his home later that night. His father answered the phone and enquired who was calling, and she said who she was, and he gave his sin the phone and told his son to tell her not to ring this number again.
So I and a few friends went around to his place at the weekends for the six weeks to keep him company. When his dad opened the door and enquired why we were there, we said he had come to see him. We explained even though he was not allowed to go to friends place for six weeks, it did not prevent us as his friends come to visit him. He then asked what would you say if he I said that he cannot have any friends over. We said we are then seeing his brother (who was a year or so younger). We had him cornered both ways.
Even though he was harsh with his punishment about the grounding, he did allow us to see him for the six weeks as he did not stipulate that we are not allowed to visit. Next time he gave out his punishment to any of his kids, he did give explicit rules for their punishment. Even though he was strict, he was also fair in his disclipline.
we moved to a new congro when we got married there was a pioneer couple who looked down on anyone who wasn't as good as them.. my wife was pioneering i was working my butt off trying to save some money to buy a house (we did) these 2 looked down on anyone who brought anything nice ,we found out they were running down to the welfare for a free handout at the expense of hard working people like me just to look good.. take away the label pioneer they would probably support themselves.. another solo mum living on welfare used to rave on how she pioneered lets face it having the state pay you to bring up one child she had plenty of time on her hands.. i was working on council houses and helped her get one even helped her move into it ,soon after she married the father of her child (he became a jw) after the help my wife & i had given her we didnt get an invite to the wedding they only invited elders , ms , regular pioneers one of my mates who was a pioneer said '' don't know why they invited me don't even know them''.
.
fast forward after much , much ass licking (you had to see it to believe it ) he became an elder only to be removed a few months later.
I have usually found them to be of the elder/pioneer class. Some MS's came into that class too, especially those who are working there way up.
The congregation that I am associated with several years ago did have a notorious family that even was "Holier" than God. Sadly, they moved into a congregation to where one of my mates lives in. They had caused a mass exodus of those in the congregation to leave and move into neighbouring congregations, but they still work in the the town they moved from. They would rather travel about two hours a day then associate themselves with that family in the congregation. Even though the father if that family is no longer an elder (he was actually forced into stepping down, but his wife went around telling that 'he had volutarily stepped down for the benefit of the congregation") that congregation is still in turmoil, even though they had two elders sent by the society to take care of the situation. As long as they are in the congregation, they will never recover from the hurt that they inflicted and nobody will move in there. They have even scared newly associated ones by their actions.
The stories that he tells me are quite funny and disturbing, and you really do have to shake your head with what they are doing to that congregation. They had moved into that congregation about 2001, and it looks like that they will most probably stay there until somebody does give them a death threat again. That's the reason why they HAD to move out of the congregation that I'm in now.

Food service was the fun at CA's and DC's. Its the only place when you can go through the hidden and off limit areas of the grounds.
We knew where all the accesses to the Members Club was at the Warwick Farm Racecourse. The beer and soft drinks was still working on tap, also the spirits where available. There was even a full size pool table in there that we played on. We used to hide out there when the sessions were on. This was mainly due that the brothers didn't know how to get the Members Club via the back access, only the main access doors where locked and no-one even went there. We also used to sit behind the Tatt counters too, as that's where the airconditioners worked the best, also you could also sleep there and no-one ever notices you.
I have plenty of fond memories of it. Now it is just plain boring. No wonder the kids are going wild in the Borg-anisation
a band i really liked a lot growing up and as an adult was he moody blues.
their mixing of orchestration from an instrument called the " mellotron " and mixing the orchestration with electric guitars was fantastic.
they wrote very meaningful lyrics analyzing the situations in life as well as the world scene at the time.
Mr Flipper,
You must have the same taste in music as I, by having the threads The Moody Blues and The Beatles. Your next topic should be Wings, as Paul McCartney and Denny Laine later joined up together in the 70's to form Wings.
