Hmmm...it certainly is him as a "younger" old man.
I met him when I was a teenager, and the picture does look a lot like he did...only he was much older, and blinder.
wow!
how about this hanging in your living room?
let the bidding begin!

and recognizes an elder there.
so he goes up to him and says................(keep the story going)
Then the Genie came back and said to the elder:
"You do know this is a GAY bar right?"
The elder looked at the Genie and said.....
i am out on sick leave from work today, but a friend called me at home to say there was a big scene made at the office!.
brother w., an employee, went off on his supervisor, and called her a b*tch in front of onlookers, including the union steward!
it will be hard for the union to defend this.
How about taking the high road and just leaving it alone?
This talk of reporting him to his congregation is a bit sad. Sure, an active witness may do it to you if you are in the same congregation, but hey, isn't stuff like that one of the reasons we complain about how bad the JWs can be?
If he is being disciplined at work, good for them. He sounds like an ass. But if he isn't affecting your life in any other way, I think you should just leave it alone. It isn't worth it.
BTW "Jehoopla" is an awesome, awesome word.
ok here's the deal.
every since amanda moved out i have been surviving on one income, and lately i have been strapped for cash.
my bills are behind, my credit cards are behind, needless to say im broke.
I definately would avoid cashing the check, and seeing where you can cut expenses, or work in a second job. If you do start a business on the side, be very careful that you don't end up running up a lot of expenses on that. Pick something that is really cheap and easy to do with a quick turn around. (If you were starting a business for other reasons, my advice would be different.)
You would be wise to make bankruptcy your ABSOLUTELY LAST choice. The laws are tougher now, I believe they make you deal with credit counseling agencies that have been "approved" by the governmnt. Lots of times you can get done what they say they do by yourself.
Elsewhere's advice may sound drastic, but I think if things are that tough, it is good advice. You don't want to cash on your retirement too early if you can help it. I know it isn't easy to do, but perhaps you can find somewhere cheaper to live while you get your debt under control.
Good luck...and you know you want to retire to TX.
the church of scientology is trying to censor comedy central because of the scientology south park episode!

I wasn't able to make it through the first 20 minutes of the second MI movie. it was sooo boring. I enjoyed the first one though.
He's okay as an actor. I thought war of the worlds was decent. I won't be seening MI3, at least not in the theaters. I won't say it would be a boycott for me though. I don't care enough about it to be noble.
Regarding Chef, it is a shame. I do love Isaac Haye's voice. sigh. I don't watch South Park that often anymore. I really love that no group or religion or race is safe from their humor. They are as equal opportunity as it gets when it comes to humor. Good for them! I have to admit though, I don't watch it often because sometimes they get a bit too nasty for me, but hey, it wouldn't be an equal opportunity show if even I wasn't offended sometime, right?

hundreds of well-off japanese and other nationals are turning to china's burgeoning human organ transplant industry, paying tens of thousands of pounds for livers and kidneys, which in some cases have been harvested from executed prisoners and sold to hospitals.
see: http://news.independent.co.uk/world/asia/article352535.ece
If they are executed for their organs I would have a problem, otherwise I think it is a good thing.
I think it would be a nice gesture for those on death row to say sure you can use my organs. BUT, I am not sure if it is a good idea to just harvest them without a relative's consent, or the prisoner's permission prior to death. If they are selling them, then they should give part of the money to the executed prisoner's family. It is a bit creepy. But at least the organs are not going to waste.
memorial date is wednesday april 12th - this is confirmed .
i post this because some have asked
Thanks for posting the date. My JW mom is visiting, and I didn't want to ask, because I didn't want to get her hopes up that I would be going.
okay, no silly mushy crap like hate, violence, stupefying religious dogma, or child hunger, i want a real vote.
i vote for canadian proctologists.

wow....a toast to those that can handle such work.
Grisly yes, but better that total strangers clean it up than a family member or close friend have to do it. Definately an important service. $50 an hour is a very reasonable rate for that kind of work.
too bad that guy killed himself; my thoughts to his family.
