considering the fact that the wt society refuses to release in courts any of it's written directions to elders through confidential letters to elder bodies- i thought i'd do the courts and wt society a "favor " by posting excerpts from this oct 1st.

these instructions are very exposing of the negligence of wt authorities in how they view the seriousness of felony child abuse.

Since some newer members may have been elders in the past- then I'm sure they may - or may not- be aware of this October 1st, 2012 confidential direction by the WT Society to the elders ( no rank & file JW's know about this letter ) to give elders the O.K. to appoint pedophiles and past child molesters to positions of elder or ministerial servant if enough time goes by. So if any newbies may wonder why we have anger towards the WT Society or feel we need to expose the unjust WT Society actions- READ this thread and this letter from WT to elders in 2012- and you might start understanding our position. this is a really deep burning topic to me as i'm sure it is to many of you.

these excerpts i'm sharing with you are from the july 1st, 1989 letter from the wt society to the elders and it gives outsiders a good idea of the attitude of the wt society leaders towards child abuse victims and even towards their own appointed elders.

and it shows wt society is first, foremost, and mainly concerned about financial fallout from potential lawsuits.

one short quote was used from this letter on the abc news nightline report about candace conti - but what i'm going to share with you will be other excerpts from that same letter that are just as, or even more revealing.

as someone brought up as a jw and been an elder and been disfellowshipped (twice!!!

) i find it difficult to understand why ex jws have to attack the religion, yes religion, not cult or sect.

i am no longer disfellowshipped just do not want to practice anymore.

NEWQATARJOB- Welcome to the board. Nice to have you here. I agree with what SLIDINFAST said. My thoughts completely as if he was reading my mind. It's not that we hate the people or have vitriol towards them personally- it's the criminal, harmful policies of WT leaders of the organization that are SO damaging and destructive. If we remain quiet then it becomes just as Albert Einstein stated, " Evil proliferates when good people stand by and do nothing. " Personally- I won't do that - I'm an activist for awareness to try to open people's eyes - and that requires exposure of uncomfortable facts concerning the WT Society's criminal conduct. Am I an axe murderer ? No. Am I raping young children and hiding it ? No. But you can't say the WT Society isn't allowing the raping of young children - there are thousands of pedophiles in their organization who are roaming free as predators within the congregations. People everywhere need to know that. What would be wrong would be in staying silent and NOT attacking the unjust things happening within the WT Society. How else will people and JW's know themselves ? They won't unless they research the Internet. So hopefully this makes sense to you in order to protect child victims of sexual child abuse. Otherwise you accomplish nothing but allowing evil to prevail by staying silent. My 2 cents

the guy (a) evidently did all of this on purpose, and (b) evidently had no reason at all to do so.. there is a huge chunk of the puzzle missing from this one (so far)..

SIR 82- My wife and I discussed this today. Either the pilot in the cockpit suffered a heart attack or some other disabling physical impairment where he was unconscious and could not let the other pilot back into the cockpit in time - or - he purposely had some other agenda where he was either mentally off , not letting the other pilot back in the cockpit or he was associated with a terrorist group committing the ultimate sacrificial crime . Had to be one of those occurrences I would suspect

My older JW mom now living in a care home is his carnage he's left in his wake of " patriarchal overlord syndrome " - now that she's being warehoused in a facility away from him he has full control without her presence to keep him in check as a nicer human being. Goes without saying that I keep in touch with my mom much more so than my dad. We are here for you my friend. Been there, seen and experienced this as well. I'm with Outlaw on this. WT Society made themselves "apostates " - we are the good guys and gals exposing THEIR lawlessness and dishonesty. i am sick of being told this same crap after decades of suffering at the hands of wicked men and women, how many of you have had to fight these irrational expectations we are supposed to grin and smile when people are actively trying to screw with us and elders say .

good it is that one should wait, even silently, for the salvation of jehovah (lamentations 3:26; titus 2:13).

my life in the organization has not been entirely bad, there were many good people and plenty of jerks like you all experienced in this adventure we call life.

California Attorney Tries to Pass a Ballot Advocating Genocide for Gays

this ballot initiative put forth by matt mclaughlin, an attorney in southern california, would allow for the execution of gays by bullets to the head.

mclaughlin has to gather 365,000 signatures to put it up for a vote.

i'm in favor of gay rights but in my opinion this despicable ballot should make it to a vote knowing that it absolutely will not pass in order to publicize the demented mentality of fundamentalist christians in the united states.

POKERPLAYERPHIL- If you insist on using a scripture to show how wrong it is for elders and the WT Society to continue harboring pedophiles - use this one when talking to them about the alleged " last days " they so aptly believe in : 2 Timothy 3 : 5, 13 , " vs.5. having a form of godly devotion but proving false to it's power....... vs. 13 . But wicked men and imposters will advance from bad to worse, misleading and being misled. "

That's a huge reason " God " doesn't handle or bring relief to WT child abuse- because WT Society leaders and elders are " imposters; wicked men who are advancing from bad to worse , misleading and being misled " - they are not backed by any supreme power such as a " God " or " Jehovah " because the evidence indicates that WT leaders are claiming to have " godly devotion " but proving " false to it's power." Doesn't get much clearer than that.

And even without using the Bible- WT leaders are just plain criminal. They aid and abet pedophiles, child molesters , and people who commit felony crimes. Even appoint them as elders and ministerial servants. That is a fact. Plenty of evidence on the Internet for that charge and it can be documented and proven. I understand your hatred towards them abusing power. I was a victim of the elders abusing their control and power as well. One reason I exited the JW cult over 11 years ago. And to this day I've continued to tell my 89 year old JW elder dad that if I had " waited on Jehovah " to bring justice to my situation- I'd still be waiting. Those same elders still serve as elders and nothing was ever done to remove them or bring justice- no apologies. So the fact that dishonest elders and unjust elders remain in their positions indicate " holy spirit " has NOTHING to do with the appointment of these men. It's a " good old boys " club and they've kissed up to the right people to be where they are in control of JW's lives.

Hang in there, whether they listen or not to you- you have to go on living YOUR life. The more you sit and stew over this you allow them to rob you of real happiness you can attain in moving on gradually from this criminal organization. It takes time to move on- but please do so in time - in order to survive. We are here for you as a support. From one who has " been there, experienced this "
