another international slate of scientists have released their findings regarding global climate change and human's effect on that (see the above link).. after the last major study released by several hundred scientists a few months ago, it does seem there is a serious concensus here among the leading thinkers and scientists on this issue.
i know i've banged heads with a few who disagree with this, but it does seem as though that handful of folks who disagree with the science are looking more and more like deniers, as in holocaust deniers, moon landing deniers, etc.. in other words, out there on the lunatic fringe.. so, do you folks think it might be time to reconsider?.
The Ocean... is by magnitude the largest absorber of CO2...
The change in ocean currents... should worry any would be chicken littles more than CO2...
As "they" could change everything as we know it... and there ain't a dang thing we can do about it...

recently one of my brothers was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder by a psychiatrist.
this has hit me hard emotionally because out of the whole bunch we are the closest.
i've always suspected something was up.
Bi-polar is the easiest of the chronic mental illnesses to treat.
That's debateable...
However... I must say this... I have dealt with BiPolar and BiPolar2 (they're different and type 2 is less dramatic, but more dangerous)...with several sufferers and have done extensive research and I found one thing that is OFTEN overlooked...
Most General Practicioners MIS-PRESCRIBE the meds for both. They OFTEN prescrip anti-depressants (ie. Zoloft, Prozac, Paxil, Wellbutrin, Lexapro, Effexor, Celexa etc...) THESE RARELY WORK and will EXACERBATE your symptoms by magnitude... (and can hasten and magnify suicidal tendencies)!!!
You need to see a Psychiatrist or a Specialist... or you could really be doing yourself a disservice!
The medicines used for BiPolar and BiPolar2 are different... aren't familiar to most ordinary MD's.

This man is very brilliant, possibly genius, but yet very caring and understanding.
Many if not most "bipolar" and "bipolar 2" sufferers... tend to be highly intelligent.
It's almost like a trade off....sadly.
Being out of the bOrg is the first step in the right direction... Getting into a healthy lifestyle...especially with some vigorous physical activity...is a MUST.
The "caring and understanding" part is what the Witnoids will try and exploit... DON'T let 'em. Do research...research and more research... and try not to overanalyze things... hang in there.

"the latest military intelligence data point to heightened u.s. military preparations for both an air and ground operation against iran," the official said, adding that the pentagon has probably not yet made a final decision as to when an attack will be launched.
he said the pentagon is looking for a way to deliver a strike against iran "that would enable the americans to bring the country to its knees at minimal cost.
One conundrum with the ENTIRE premise of this theory... is that CHINA owns the largest chunk of the US's national debt.
It is is their best interest for "us" to continue to prosper and be profitable...they're BANKING on it.
Although ideologically they are our "enemy"... economically they're DEPENDANT on "us"...
I'm not sure how this will all play out... but $$$ almost always trumps ideology and religion...IMO

do you think the geneva "convenient" convention (which only applies to the us & britain apparently) or anything will keep them from pursuing their version of manifest destiny?
