Set the record straight!

i would like to state publicly, on this forum, i no longer hold the views i had a year ago.. with much thought, research, study and logical examination i have come to a better understanding of my beliefs and where i stand on all these issues.. i'm very happy to announce i have returned to healthful teaching of the holy scriptures and i firmly believe that the governing body of jehovah's witnesses is the faithful slave.. sorry if i have contibuted to any kind of stumbling and know that if i can turn things around then there's hope for all who come to there sence.. phill4:6,7.

Humourous reasons to go back

in my stand up comedy routine tonight i want to list humourous reasons why i shd go back to jws.. how about nobody throws parties like jws.. how about jws being at the cutting edge of fashion.. how about it being easier for men to get a date.. any ideas?.

God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that you all might be saved however if you dont join JW`s you can kiss your ass goodbye.

And if you do join JW`s you can kiss your individual freedom,plus your wallet goodbye.

Current JW Go Fund Me requests

this topic was discussed a few years ago and i thought i would have a look to see what is going on with go fund me's by jws.

i am astounded that there are a great deal more jws requesting money than there were a few years ago and even by pioneers.i've only looked in detail at a few jw go fund me requests but came across this one that i am stunned about on a number of levels.. my little maryhello friends.

meet my wonderful girlfriend mary, a 23 year old "need greater pioneer"serving in the english field in san marcos nicaragua.

Why dont these people just keep pestering the GB for money ,their making Millions and Millions of $$$$$$$

Oh thats right their too busy running scams of their own fleecing the gullible JW`s.

This might be my last post

so my aunt hates pcs but works in a office job and uses a pc to do work she has worked there for 23 years she taking me and my brothers laptops etc and she said i have to earn it doing jw things studying listening at meetings etc.. so if it is the last time i post hear i thank you all for you have told me i wish the all of you the best life you can have.i will try to post hear this will start when im in school..

I had the same thought as Listner about public librarys allow you to use PC`s for free.

Next years special talk

as you may be aware, next years "special" talk is to be given 1 week before the memorial.

they have just issued the following instruction as well -.

please note that bodies of elders should not take steps to assign a speaker for the special talk until further information is provided by the branch office.. .

My tip is it will have to do with the steady increase over the years of partakers and they are going to try to put an end to it once and for all with new light.

"Only Witnesses demonstrate Christian Love"

so a couple of nights ago i was speaking with a relative and we began talking about the organization.

i had to asked her "why do you believe that this religion is the correct one?

" they stood quiet for a second but then said that they view and feel genuine christian love, a type of love that is spoken about in the bible.

With the latest sale of one of their properties in NY for 18 Million $$$`s you would think the GB. could chip in couldnt they ?

I wonder why they dont help their own in such dire circumstances.and need.? and just seem to ignore their plight.

How many times can you be DF'd?

there was one guy in our hall who got df'd 3 times, on the fourth time he never came back.

Calling Out Jehovah's Witness Leaders for a violation of NEUTRALITY

_______________by the time 1967 arrived, my religious leaders in the kingdom hall had taken me aside and given me the straight dope.the vietnam war and the draft created existential problems for young jehovah's witness males.

the governing body was unusually silent (in public) about issues of this nature except to pontificate in print in the most general terms.

jw's didn't fight in wars because we were neutral.

In the sixties or seventies if memory serves me correctly their was an article or two in a WT publication of a greek brother who was sentenced to five years jail for refusing millitary service and when that time was up he was re-sentenced to another five years jail ,and it may have even occured a third time .

And of course they were hailing it as a brother faithfully serving Jehovah under trying circumstances.

I often wonder whatever happened to the poor bugger and any others that had the same fate,

Thanks for the post terry about your experience`s in this regard , I would be as bitter as hell I think if I had gone through what you did.

Here in Australia we had a ballot system as to who was called up for service or not and my b/date exempted me.

I was one of the lucky ones.

Watchtower Annulled My Baptism

contrary to popular belief you can have your baptism annulled as i did by my local elders after my judicial hearing.. the watchtower of 1964 page 126 first paragraph clearly states that anyone that was committing a gross sin before, during and after their baptism is void.

in order to get right with the lord you would need to be re-baptised.

err no thanks, i'm not a believer!!!!.

When you get to my age you dont give a fig whether your baptism was ridgy- didge or not ,JW`s are irrelevant .
