JW Properties in Russia - 1.9 billion rubles

according to victor yarofeyev, who publishes a blog for a radio station in moscow, echo of moscow, the total value of the jw properties in russia is 1.9 billion rubles.

which converts to $31,956,955 us.

almost 32 million dollars.. yarofeyev speculates that, if the supreme court refuses the org's appeal on july 17, some of the jw's properties may prove difficult for the russian government to seize.

Correct me if I am wrong : All Kingdom Halls around the world are the property of the WTB&TS or its Associate organizations.(for want of a better description )

A great number of KH`s were built with volunteer labour and donated materials ,all free of charge.

And once dedicated to Jehovah they become the property of the WTB&TS.who can do what they want with them including selling them off to the arch enemy " Babylon The great" as they have so often done in the past.

( if a R&F member deals with any of christendoms religions he/she can be excommunicated for Apostasy.)

Its this Real estate business ( and thats what it is) that has gained the WTB&TS the enormous wealth they have gained/accumulated over the years dwarfing the contributions and gifts given by members.

They are definetely not a "Not for Profit Organization" that they claim to be so they should be taxed accordingly.

And neither are they a charitable organization ,for their is no charity that they give to including their own aged members who are looked after in christendoms institutions whom they condemn as agents of the Devil ,Babylon The Great ,the Counterfeit kingdom Of God.and Apostates.

They have no shame.

2017 Sunday RC Final Talk & Comments About 1975

many of us here have commented on the deceitful friday afternoon video shown at the 2017 rc that discussed 1975.. the video attempted to shift the blame onto congregation members for the fiasco saying, "some were looking to a certain date as signifying the end of this old system of things.".

this same video mentions how, “a few even went so far as selling their homes and quitting their jobs.”.

we all know that the wt leadership created this teaching and endorsed it right up to its abject failure.. now below is the concluding talk given on sunday at the rc.

About the 1 hour mark he quotes the prophecy made about the king of the south the Anglo American world power according to JW interpretation of the book of Daniel , which I gather they still adhere to.

He failed to mention that they also identified the USSR as the king of the North of Daniels prophecy and that the two of them together would come against each other bringing on the GT and the big A .

Reallity check : The USSR does not exist anymore theirfore the king of the North is no longer identifiable.

So if their is no king of the North at this time Daniels prophecy cannot be fullfilled .

No Great tribulation ,No Armageddon.,not in the foreseeable future anyway.

Convention invitations

so everyone is supposed to get all excited about the invitation work starting tomorrow, according to the announcement from the platform.. maybe this makes sense if you're giving out invitations in the city where the convention is, but what if you're many hours away?.

a huge part of western canada is scheduled to attend edmonton alberta this july.

so how does that go over giving out invitations in winnipeg, about a 13 hour drive(that's just driving time).. i know some are actually planning on flying there, so i can't see getting excited about getting the public to make the trek.. i was curious how this is going over in other areas?.

Now that I think of it I recieved an invitation to a Melbourne convention a year or two ago and its a 4 or 5 hour drive away from where I live .

Thats crazy.

Nobody in this area takes up an invitation to a public talk at the local KH and yet they hand out invitations to a convention thats at least 4 hours away ?

Do they honestly think anybody will respond to these invitations ?

This case has gained world wide attention him being a senior Cardinal close to the Pope and the Vatican

I wonder if their are any senior members of the WTB&TS that we will find out one day that has skeletons in the closet ?

These invitations given out for conventions is purely propaganda aimed at the converted to make them think they are acheiving something in their ministry .

The reallity is NOBODY and I mean nobody ever turns up as a result of these invitations.

The same is true when they have a campaign at the local KH inviting the public to a " Special Talk" nobody ever turns up,

That is my experience in 33 years as an active witness.

Edit to add :I apologise their was one couple that I know who came because of an invitation.One couple in all of the 33years in about six congregations I attended .and they never came back because they thought they were going to get handouts from a "christian group"

Child Abuse Charges Laid Against a High level Catholic Cardinal

its taken a while for this to happen, but the victorian (australia) police have decided there is sufficient evidence to charge cardinal george pell with multiple sexual abuse charges.. .

These allegations have been around for a very long time ,with people supporting him and others not supporting him.

I was like ,who do you believe ? I dont know.

however because it has taken soooooo long and now the Victorian police have decided on the evidence they have on him they have decided to charge him with multiple sexual abuse .

It seems very likely their is a very strong case against him

It shall be interesting as he has a high profile in the catholic religion .

We need to keep watching this space.,so to speak.

From my memory the dunkers dont say anything of any worth certainly nothing to do with your being dunked .

It was all said in the Baptismal talk ,lackeys who dunked were just that lackeys.

To kill or not to kill

how many jws would kill a violent rapist in there home or protect their family with lethal means .

the one thing i love about the usa is the right to defend oneself with lethal force in their own home.

it's not that i want to kill someone but better them dead than my children..

With the way the Judicial system is being handled here in Victoria Australia.at the present time I`m afraid the perpetrators of a crime seem to have the law on their side.

And the victims are the losers especially where the criminals are given a slap on the wrist ,given probation and are free to commit more crimes and then get another slap on the wrist given bail and are free to commit more crimes.

And they do.

This is no joke this is truly the state of things in Vic Aust at the present time.under a labour Govt.

Their is plenty of talk about correcting this problem but the magistrates keep letting these crims out on the streets.

now read in between the lines of what moses wrote; his favored and frequent statement is this: ‘obedience to god means blessings, and disobedience means maledictions.’ (deut 28:1-68; 30:15-18) let us try to discern his motive behind this statement.. .

when moses wanted to present 10 commandments and other laws, he naturally wanted to prepare the israelites with a mind-set that ‘we must obey god, otherwise it is problem for us.’ the best way for this was to modify a well-known story of fall from other cultures.

The so called validation of the Christian Gospels is because of the eyewitness accounts of those related to the events that are written to have occured ,by either first hand or second hand witnesses.

We have no such validation of the Creation account only by someone so far removed from the event being more than 2000 years after the event

How reliable would that testimony be in a court of law ?

And their is no previous account that Moses refers to where he basis his knowledge on , in other words we are supposed to believe that jehovah God did not give any human information or knowledge about his creation until 2000 years after he had done so.? Not even to "Noah who found favour in the eyes of the Lord" ?
