If I am going to do what jesus would have done all the time in every situation, all I am going to be is the perfect slave. Since I do not want that, I would not do what jesus would have done in that situation. And that generously assumes that thing exists at all, which I do not think it ever did.

What Jesus could / should have said if....?
by smiddy3 inif jehovah god had purposed followers of jesus to be called jehovah`s witnesses , jesus christ had the perfect opportunity to instruct them to do so .. the fact that he didn`t and the overwhelming evidence in the new testament that followers of jesus were to be witnesses of jesus christ as the only means to come to the father jehovah god.. sciptures that say christians are to be witnesses of jesus 20+ , scriptures that say christians are to be witnesses of jehovah in the new testament ?
none / zero .. not the wtb&ts or the governing body of jehovah`s witnesses but only by bearing witness to jesus as his witnesses.. and here is the proof not by what jesus said but what he didn`t say when he had the opportunity to do so.. when many stopped following jesus because they were shocked by what he was saying .john 6 :67-69.
"therefore jesus said to the twelve ,you do not want to go also do you?

If you're "anointed" don't seek out other "anointed" so says the Watchtower January 2020
by RolRod inwhen i was affiliated with the witnesses, there were barely 6,000 who profess to be of the anointed remnant.
i recently read somewhere that today there are over 20,000 who profess to be anointed.
that figure may be more when you consider those who meet and partake privately for fear of the stigma of claiming to be anointed.

Or maybe they are afraid that, once enough of them get together, one of them will do some research and find out what kind of place heaven really is. Once they find out, no one will want to go there. No, you will not rule anything (that is, unless you are one of the reptilians or descended from them). Instead, you will have your soul consumed as a meal for the reptilians. While the "other sheep" serve as slaves under joke-hova. Worse than the most communist version of Russia, China, or North Korea. More like the Dark Ages, without any hope of a Renaissance.

Jehovah's Witnesses Mega Halls
by RolRod ini was thinking about this recently.
the society owns all the kingdom halls and with desperate need of money, their closing down and selling off properties.
consolidating congregations seems to be the order of the day.

I hope they make people drive 100 km each way to boasting sessions, and have territories more than 10,000 square kilometers that do not get worked properly. And I hope that makes for more people staying home because they do not have the money to waste on gas, nor the time to waste driving an extra hour per way just for a boasting session they can download from the official site. And, all those new studies--I hope they find that they cannot or will not afford the gas and time wasted traveling those long distances just for a boasting session.

Back in 2005 and 2006, it became the most shredded rag. I got a paper shredder and shredded all my surplus rags, which turned into a lengthy project since there was more than 1 1/2 meters of these rags when stacked. Every single one of them wound up in the shredder, and my best guess is that it represented at least half the rags I picked up.

Is wifi sensitivity the new chemical sensitivity?
by purrpurr inseveral of the jws i know have recently graduated/incorporated wifi sensitivity into their (self) diagnosis of chemical sensitivity.
they seem to be particularly terrified of the new 5g, with some even believing that it's the new 5g that's causing coronavirus in china.
the fact that even though they maybe able to turn off their own wifi but will still have all the other wifi signals around them doesn't seem to occur to these jws.

It turns out that 5G is more dangerous than 4G. They need a tower every few meters for 5G, and they put out radiation in the millimeter range. For brief exposure, millimeter radiation is not too bad. But, if you are in it all the time, it is quite dangerous and eventually will lead to health issues. This is true with regular microwaves, but you need more dosage for longer periods to do any significant damage. Even radio waves can mess with your health in large enough doses in time.
However, 5G cannot cause coronavirus, or any other virus or bacteria. It can't even cause a regular virus (such as a regular cold) to mutate (you would need much more energy that is more likely to kill the virus). It can make one more susceptible to these viruses in high enough doses, as with any other stress. Beyond this, I think more people are going to die from the panic and spot shortages that the virus scare will create than from the disease. And even more from the communism that this is going to generate--mandatory shots that contain an even worse agent or chemical poisons, mandatory sharing of all provisions (which is communism), and so on. You can prepare for the virus--quit smoking if you still smoke, and get your supplements. You can prepare for the shortages--stock up on medium and long shelf life groceries before they disappear. But, for the communism, no preparation will do more than get you thrown in the gulags.

Tablets? who can afford those things these days, and especially with all the washtowel rules against getting a decent job? And, what about the data plans? "Unlimited" is not really unlimited, because they can and will throttle you once you use a certain amount per month. And it is very expensive.
Beyond that, what is to stop anyone from getting a 4 TB card and putting regular videos on it? I would be downloading YouTube videos about all subjects and putting them on that card, and watching them during field circus. And, the washtowel videos go on a separate portion of the card, so I can easily open that in one window and my YouTube videos on another. When I need to show someone a video, I would open that window and run the video from the card instead of wasting data online, and then go back to my worldly video.
Not to mention, downloading whole blatantly Satanic websites onto the card and reading that instead of whatever bibles or washtowel littera-trash they might have. For sure, I would rather have an astrology site open than a bible. And, if they do get me to open to a bible or washtowel section, I can download it in German and make things miserable for them (I can read German a lot better than they can, even if not yet perfectly).

Kh's will be gone in 5 years! Here's how it will work
by nowwhat? inbesides the media center they are going to build in n.y. it's been noted they are also building one and a studio in australia.
there is no way donations can cover these massive projects.
so the money will have to come from the sale of the remaining halls.

And wait until they see how much they will get for donations. How often do people actually donate for something like YouTube videos? Not very. With something like this, they will simply watch a few minutes of the video and then click the big red X at the upper right corner of the browser. And how are they going to find out whether people are actually complying if they have a streaming video "meeting" instead of actually coming to a physical boasting session? Also, what counts as "attendance"? Do you "attend" by just clicking on and loading the player, buffering and all? Or do you have to watch the whole video? (And how would Internet cuts and video buffering, and downloads, affect that number?)
As for me, they will get absolutely nothing out of me. They might get about 50 false start views out of me, lasting under a few seconds before I close the browser tab and "try" again only to close that tab out, too. How are they going to deal with that? Or, if people move the cursor that marks how far along the video has gone? It is pretty easy to start the video, watch maybe a minute or so, and then move toward the end of the video and watch the last few minutes. If they are live-streaming, how are they going to deal with people that come in late and start skipping around?

Why do TV networks keep "bleeping" out Trumps comments and statement?
by RubaDub ini don't understand it.
we have a president who is typically considered a model for what young people want to be when they grow up.
yet, when trump talks, the tv networks keep bleeping out so many of his words, even on fox news.. why?

They wanted KILLary in office, and then Lizard Warren. Lizard would fit The Agenda better, giving us total enslavement. We would have artificial energy shortages (which, at least I am prepared for with plenty of batteries and chargers for the rolling blackouts), "reparations" for slavery (which happened prior to 1860--why do we need to pay for it forever), and ultimately a full communist society.
If they keep distorting our current president (duly elected, like it or not), they might just give Lizard the advantage it needs. Along with constant spam to give Lizard money for its campaign (I simply put "Nichts" for the amount I pledge, the same as I do for jokehovian pledges), I believe Soros is going to put Lizard in office regardless of what the people want or need. And I am sure it is not just for "swearing". I am pretty sure that most presidents, and congress people, swear at times--and they will bleep it out (to me, that is a waste of time because those words imply strong language that is usually appropriate). It is for political correctness. Make someone look bad for not being politically correct (even if factually correct) and make Lizard look good.
For the record, no I do not intend to vote for Lizard or give that wench a penny.

Anyone ever get blow back for owning and riding a motorcycle?
by JimmyYoung inmy wife's family rode motorcycles all their life.
her grandfather was an elder.
i was told by some dubbers that it was not christian to use a motorcycle.

What happens if you drive an approved car recklessly? It is possible to commit crimes using an approved car as well as with a motorcycle. And I don't care what brand of motorcycle you choose--I prefer one that is reliable and safe.
Speaking of safety, motorcycles can be quite safe when ridden properly. Your gear is important, starting with the helmet. You also need to ride at reasonable and prudent speeds, and avoid weaving in and out of lanes. Filtering through traffic is not a good idea even if legal, because you do not know if the cars are going to come together unexpectedly. They can also be quite dangerous, if you ride recklessly. You pop wheelies at your own risk--a big sustained wheelie can lead to a wipeout (a small wheelie can be used to clear a bump, and if you know what you are doing, actually make it safer). And riding in the rain or snow is risky--even a bicycle needs to be handled carefully in snow.
But, I would rather ride a motorcycle safely, Harley or not, than riding an approved car recklessly. You set a better example by driving safely and not using your vehicle to commit crimes (including drink driving--which is absolutely insane on a motorcycle) than what you drive. And, a motorcycle in excellent running condition is safer than an approved car that is falling apart and the floor is starting to sag.

Before cutting my hair my witness barber had to check with Bethel...really? Not a cult?
by Witness 007 ini was balding and grey so i asked my witness barber friend to "just shave it all off" many brothers were doing the comb over which looked friggin stupid.
but oh no in the 1990's this was rebellious he had to call a brother we knew at bethel to see if it was ok. we got his ok to go ahead but at the time i could help thinking about the no beard rule and how controlled and cultish we were..

Is the barber doing it for you, or for the washtowel? It seems that you are the customer, and if you want your hair shaved off, then that's what you should be getting. Never mind checking with joke-hova or the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger before giving the customer what he wants--especially when such is reasonably possible, and the directive is clear.
Or, maybe it's time to find a barber that is not a jokehovian and tell this one that, unless he complies with your wishes and not the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger, he will lose a customer and possibly others. Or, you can get a grooming tool that will let you shave your own hair (they also allow you to cut your hair quite short) without any interference. Best part--once you pay for the tool, you start saving money on barber's costs and you get to do it on your schedule, not just when they are open.
