I see a lot of emphasis put on underage porn...difficult to prove, but as far as I know bestiality is illegal in most western countries. That is much easier to prove, since it is a black and white issue. I would also think that viewing porn at work is a termination offense...I know that in our company, if IT sees that certain sites are visited on work computers, the person is subject to discipline up to termination. It would seem that at the very least, this individual is at risk for his job...

and im not talking breach of privacy, im talking his breach of work usage of computers, of which im in charge of the it.

What are your favorite songs of 2010?
by Leolaia inthis thread is very simple.
post youtube vids of your favorite songs released in 2010 (whether as a track on an album, or a single, or as a video, debuted on the radio or tv, or what not).
it could be of any genre, whatever you like, the only rule is that it has to be a recently released song.

Welcome Former!
As in every other facet of life, we have all types of individuals on this forum. Some are open and welcoming, while others are suspicious and cautious...in the end, you will be accepted based on your time and contribution to the forum. My thoughts are with your sister and I hope you can help her cope with the challenges of her situation.
I look forward to reading more of your posts!

Florida Holding No Refusal DUI Checkpoints. If You Refuse They Stick A Needle...
by minimus inin your arm by judge's order.
(a judge will be there at the checkpoint) and of course, if you are legally drunk, you'll be arrested on the spot.. so this weekend in tampa, they'll be sticking needles in your arms if you refuse their demands.
they say they'll be heavily advertising the area that they'll be at over the holiday..

Hi Cofty...interesting...what happens if a person is unable to supply a breath test due to a medical condition or extremely high level of intoxication (i've seen both scenarios)?

Attention Lurkers- Consider the effectiveness of your lifesaving work
by stuckinamovement inhypothetical scenario.
you are a city manager in a major metropolitan city with a population of 3,000,000.. .
if the governing body was truly convinced themselves of the impending disaster and the fact that the end is imminent would they not focus their efforts in spreading the message through effective means such as telephone, television, internet, social networks etc?

SIAM,
That is an outstanding analogy!! I don't see how any logical, thinking person could miss your point. I might even try to use it with a couple of my witness relatives (with your permission of course!).

Hi Blondie...the "forced" blood test is only given if the arrestee refuses a voluntary breath or blood test...even an involuntary blood test is drawn by a licensed nurse or phlebotomist. To add insult to injury, the person refusing loses their driver's license for a year, even if the blood test is drawn after the refusal.

I would say the only ones making any "real" money on a DUI is the attorney representing the defendant!
