Viviane do you beleive in the scientific method if not what do you find better as a last resort or final conclusion

OtWO Christain may put stock in the scientific method also regarding Santa but it is not the exclusive or final determination

it is based on other spiritually discerned things as well.

The final question is.. where do you put your hopes, trust and faith ?.... that will tell you what your belief system really is grounded on

Viviane are you a grounded person , if so what gives that grounding ? Where does your source of strength and power come from within

OTWO I believe all the listed things above would come under the belief system that "the scientific method" rules

over all things

even unseen things and spiritual things right ?

I think people like cofty believe that everything must pass through the "golden standard"

of the scientific method ... the perceived Bible for all intelligent thinking people

Do you Atheists believe that the word blasphemy should be struck out of the dictionary as bias then ?

blasphemy ..." to speak of God or sacred entity in an irreverant , impious manner"

Why does it seem that some see emotion as an enemy ?

...cognition , feeling and volition are equally important functions

we are animated beings not machines

(volition defined ... act of will, choosing , resolving)

Spirit is intertwined with of all the above processes giving rise to things like love, hope , trust , purpose, fulfillment

Trying to capture the essence of spirit is like a cat trying to catch a flashlight beem you shine at it

and we laugh at him

spirit is the animating force within living things~~ Katewild

....everything else is just "the nuts and bolts "of people wanting to know how this wonder of God works

Why are many not emotionally satisfied with this answer ?
