All Good Things Come to an End!
by RR inwell friends, it's been nice, but just like the society this board was created for, it has deterioted, far worse than h20 or any of the other boards out there, a certain element here continue to bring down this forum to the lowest of lows, and i no longer have the patience to sift through the garbage and hate incited threads to find something worth while contributing too.
so, with those words, i bid you all farewell, and pray one day you find yourselves!.
in christian love,.

welcome jurs,
i am an inactive witness of about twelve yrs myself and i just now started getting over some of the things that were instilled in my mind from the wt. it will not be easy but it is possible. your husband can be of good help to you since he was not involved in the brain melding. cling to your hubby and there is nothing wrong with you clinging to Jehovah within your own heart. He will never leave you at all. i have learned in time that Jehovah loves us no matter what we do. only Hw can read our hearts; wheteher we be murdurers, rapists, burglars, maybe not child molesters, but who am i to judge only Jehovah can. just don't leave him. you don't have to go to a building to worship Him.

are you sitting down?........PRINCE is a JW!!!!!
by lisaBObeesa inhello all, registered just to post this and see what you all had to say about this.
i, for one, am in shock.
it was anounced today on "extra" and they said we would soon see a change in his music because he was "marrying his music to his religion.

scorpion,
i do believe that jesus and all the apostles had long hair. it all depends on the century in which you were born i suppose. who cares about his hair length. i do feel bad for his baby though. very sad. if this is his way out then so be it. he has the money to do anything. too bad all that money can not bring the happiness that it is worth.

i am new
by knight ini have read the various posts here an i have my own story to tell i amstill a witness not as active as i used to be but stillfaithful i think the main problem that jws have is that they put c.o's m.s's elders and the like on pedestals and when you do that you set yourself up for a letdown and when that person does something you dont think is right you are letdown but one should not let this block his/her relationship with jehovah.

hi there bonnie,
don't feel depressed because Jehovah has not left you. He will always be in your heart. continue to pray to him although i am sure that you were probably told that once you are disfellowshipped that Jehovah does not hear you anymore. surround yourself, as you have done, with good friends and get on with your life. it will be hard. i know. i have been there. always remember that we leave Jehovah, He never leaves us. so keep on praying to Him. life does go on.
welcome to the board.

hi knight,
i must admit that some of the actions of those in the k.h. hindered my love for Jehovah but i discovered that you do not have to be in His service to love Him or for Him to love you. i have been inactive for about 11-12 yrs yet i still love Jehovah in my heart and i know that He still loves me.

I cryed today...
by silentlambs ini recieved this note from a young person i know personally.
it brought tears to my eyes for someone so young to see things so clearly.
why can't six million others see this simple reality and the need for change?.

wayne,
i agree. it is time to move on. you have generated enough responses.you certainly struck a chord within me. i don't know if this was a plan of yours or what but anyway. let it go.you need to learn more about the subject from a so called "worldly" sort of view. i just hope that all those who have gone through this experience get the much deserved assistance that they need.
love to all who have been subjected to such humiliation. there is more out there than guilt. strive for it!

hang on in there. you will never forget what happened and you never should but try your best to fill your life with the beauty of life that we can make for ourselves if you only try. i also struggle with thoughts from my past and many times i feel bad about it but later for that. i have to move on. why let my abuser ruin more of my life. i will not give him the priviledge. shake it off!!! you have the strength within.

waiting,
i am so happy to hear that you and your daughter found the courage to survive such an ordeal. i know that it will always be a part of you and your daughter but at least we can rely on the love from Jehovah. we know that he would never betray us; whether we are in the kingdom hall or not. i am glad that you are off the prozac. Jehovah's love, good therapy and some beautiful friends and loved ones is all that you need. not even the elders can save themselves so you have no need of returning to the hall. go on with your and be happy!
