  as a bible based organization, how do feel jehovah's organization should be reformed?

  the answer is quite simple in christendoms churches:.

  1. reject false doctrines like the trinity and 'all christians go to heaven' and use of images in worship.. .

  Tired of the Hurt Feelings and Whining

  hello, i must say, and i'm sorry if i sound callous.

  but, i'm tired of people claming they were "so" mistreated here.. i have found folks here like anywhere else.

  occasionally you can disagree, but for the most part, good people.. also, everyone here has been part or is part of a congregation.

  How to dimantle a human being.

  most of us posters who are here at the moment cant have failed to notice philidephia ponos got a kicking, the guy had a legitamate point, re elders and ms who are still in and who post here.

  what was his crime ?

  he had the temerity to lable them as hypocrites, which they are.. later on jlp brought pps previous difficultys to light, a fact most posters here were probably ignorant off.. anyway that guy got such a shafting for telling the truth about what happens here, personally i think he should be applauded, because he demonstrated courage in the face of overwhelming adversity, which should help him with dealing with his difficultys in his work place, if he can cope with the adversities he has experienced here, he will have no problems in dealing with his (secular) workplace.. i have only been here for 8 weeks, and within that short timeframe i already see the group dynamics of our time at jwn unfold, i see alliances being forged, the subtle use of language and samantics as posters here seek advantage and seniority, and want to adopt common ground, to advance themselves as leaders and spokesman, this mirrors my 13 years of being a jw, it seems to me that ex elders and servants display the same characteristics, they employed as jw,s and expect them to work here, which they do.doesnt say a lot about jwn.. anyway a young guy, still learning the ropes, gets anhilated here its not much of a recomendation to post is it, ?.

  Everyone of us on our own personal journey and that is where they (elders/ms etc) are presently .....

  Letting go of all you know and ever believed because you realize how much it has been manipulated is difficult emotionally and it happens in stages.......

  One active Elder on this board who falls into the 'staying for family' catagory best stated the situation by describing the WTS relationship as one similar to that of an abused woman. It can be at times in this journey a hard relationship to break or run away.

  I suggest you consider that what you have posted was in many ways borne out of desire to understand as it was to condemn.

  Now that you have been told maybe you can extend respect, politeness and understanding to this crowd of our JWN population.

  Unrest in the Governing Body

  one of the many questions that i am asked is what are the current gb members like, who are the hardliners and who are more moderate.. because of my previous job, at a european bethel, i had dealings with most of them with the exception of sam herd.. these are my observations of my conversations with them and how others who had dealings with them.. other ex bethelites may have contrary views to mine, but i would be surprised.. i had spent a lot of time with splane, lett and morris.

  hardliners.

  david splane, without doubt the one who commands the most respect and attention.

  Sorry try as I might I hear Morris' name and think only three things......

  1) lousy presenter .....

  2) modern-day coca cola kid....

  3) daddy issues.....

  I've been told is a hardliner but I can't escape the feeling I get from his talks of him being that over-talking, over-trying wannabe that seems to exist in every circuit......... ya know the converted ones us born/raised roll our eyes at and wonder who he is trying to convince more us or himself.

  I am just not impressed........but I will be if he leaves just enough of daddy's money to the WTS and instructions for his boys to get GB nods with the same instructions to continue the baiting game....

  it appears that only the issues for the previous six months are kept online..

  Association: Am i being lied to?

  i don't hesitate to bring up with the girl i study with, my criticisms of the religion, and one of those is the association.

  i keep reading on here that jw's don't make friends outside the cult, and this is what i used as an excuse for stepping further away from being baptized.

  she tells me it's not true, and they can have what ever friends they want.
