Studied with the Witnesses for about a year. At the time I aspired to be an unbaptized publisher and wanted to give talks up on stage. After a while I came to the realization that I was being brainwashed and this religion wasn't all that it appear to be when presented by those Witnesses who knock on your do My affiliation with the Witnesses was through a disfellowshipped Witness who urgently wanted to get back into the organization. I was an un-baptized mate but our relationship didn't end up working for what I believe heavily was due to conflict in our loyalty to the Governing Body. Today my ex-partner is still making every effort to return to the Organization after more then 12 years of being out. I take an opposite stand to this as I feel the Watchtower is abusive to it's member's and built upon a corrupt system.
