  The profile Gregor gave is not some every now and then happening the only reason so many don't know about them go's back to the secrecy of the WTS.

  Anything that makes the Jehovah's Witnesses look like everyone else or maybe even worse then everyone else is secret.

  only the two spies out of the original 3 million!

  So, PJ, tell me, you must have read "Crisis of Conscience" and "In Search of Christian Freedom" by Raymond Franz true?

  If you read those two books and your still a believer in the governing body which by the way is the head of the organization despite the legal moves they've made in recent years then you are wasting your time here, we can't help you.

  The Org. has made errors, and so far our LORD has put up with them. I will follow Jesus where ever he leads me. And I at present don't see any other direction.

  What makes you so sure that "our Lord has put up with them"?

  Do you have some kind of contact with "Our Lord"?

  Does he talk to you at night?

  Or is that what the WTS says, "So far, our Lord has put up with us"?

  Maybe the Lord if he even cares, is delighted that there are forums like these so the message of what the WTS really is can be disseminated.

  Maybe if you get your head out of the sand, you will see some other direction.

  Maybe this forum will help you get your head out of the sand. Trust me, we're all pulling on your feet.

  she was here for the bbq, we had an awesome time, laughing, her telling stories from our childhoods.

  i gave her a hug and told her i loved her before she left.

  Question for Faders.....

  did you all start getting the "full court press" from "friends" to start doing more things socially as you began your fade?.

  i havent been invited to do a whole lot the last few months, but now all of a sudden i am getting phone calls and invites to do things.

  fortunately, it hasnt been - "hey lets go out in field service" or anything like that since i would tell them to take a hike (which at this point means make myself busy at work or otherwise) .

  We did have some invitations to some things soon after we stopped going. Not for long though it stopped as quickly as it started.
