LoL i could not help myself from laughing so much...but that would be cool thought everybody gettin' wasted by relieving/trying to relive the misery of going to the KH.

it would be great wouldn't it?
if there was a room at the back of the hall that had a bar with a selection a fine handpulled ales & spirits.
the lights were lowered slightly, and some background tunes (not kingdom melodies) were playing, and there were some nice cosy chairs to lounge in.. after the meeting you could and have a few pints and have a laugh about how boring crap someones talk was.

we know that the a$$emblies have become more programmed every year.
they did away with food service.
they cut off the great outdoors.
The wardrobe at the JW Assembly Awards goes as follows:
Sisters must wear these hideous dresses at the awards ceremony so that they don't "tempt"the brothers....
Brothers are encouraged to wear Pimp suites and sip Kool-Aid out of the golden pimp cup to come up w/ways to keep everyone in step.. XOCO
you know when you are in a deep sleep and something happens that may put you on a different level of sleeping, not as deep.
anyway, then i thought, 90 minutes for lunch?
so, there is a group waiting to cross the street.
Well i'm still young i guess you can say that my first jolt is when i was 18 and gettin' ready to graduate (college-bound). i went to an elder after the meeting if he can give a recommendation for a scholarship that i wanted to apply for he looked at the form and told me to go back to the hall and we will discuss... i got the old ask 4 jah to give u all things necessary 2 survive...the end is drawing near...the ELDER himself lied in my face and told me he/and his wife does not have a college edu and are doing well w/o it...too much worldly association... not doing enough work 4 jah etc, etc. I wanted to tell him how dare u say these things 2 me i was hoping he would congratulate me on my higher edu stuff b/c in the 2005 WT it had approved to some degree to get something beyond HS. the Elder never said Congrats XOCO...and i invited him and his wife to my HS graduation ceremony... they never came... they never cared... as the second jots is by JWD and by reading and participating... I'm glad that i stumbled upon this site

MARY i can tell u had a little lamb 4 dinner (ha ha Mary had a little lamb...) and shredded the study article into threads.
What possibilities might young Christians or those with relatively few responsibilities consider?16 Are you a young dedicated Christian who has finished or is close to finishing your required schooling? Likely, you do not yet have weighty family responsibilities. So, what do you plan to do with your life? What decisions will best enable you to fulfill your promise to do Jehovah's will? Many have organized their affairs in order to pioneer, and they have reaped great joy and satisfaction as a result.-Ps. 110:3; Ecc1.12:1.
I can't believe that kids still get duped by this tactic the ppl in the writing department should have SPECIFIED what blessing a young person should receive such as no one will hire someone beyond a HS diploma. Most jobs here in FLA require more than HS stuff even to pick up trash!!. another blessing is that the young ones will be the drivers for the car group wasting their gas!!!. I hate how they make these kids think that praying to Jah and doing whats required of them as some sort of wishing well think of the line in Napoleon Dynamite: "All of your wildest dreams will come true." I know none of my wildest came true if i did what WT/elders told me to do.

a person is disfellowshipped, works hard to get reinstated and once they finally are, they go straight to inactivity and you almost never see them in the kingdom hall again.
when i was an active jw i couldn't understand why a person would go through the process of reinstatement only to become inactive.
i understand why now .
R.F. Good topic
Maybe this should be a thread of its own but I always found it funny/odd that so many people I knew married "worldy" people, and then their "unbelieving mate" converted to JWism later, but yet they would all say to me that I should NOT do that. How hypocritical! Anyone else notice this? (They would say that because there was a major shortage of decent guys my age to marry, and it sucked, because that's about the only thing for a JW woman to do when she's 20, you know?)
YES GR, their is a couple in my hall that are in this position right now. for some reason i thought that it was not wrong to marry someone in the truth but its just not recommended i never saw any WT articles about this if anybody have references of this let me know?. with the girl (JW) marrying the worldly man he was forced to become a dub. but all of a sudden he likes being a dub...Humm i wonder why. anyway now that he got his wife all knocked up he really feels that he is going to have a happy family because i became a dub.. i'm just not going to be surprised of what the results are going to turn out to be.

my mom just called me and told me my uncle is dying.
he has aplastic anemia and only has between 2 and 14 days left to live.
the only treatment for aplastic amenia is bone marrow or cord blood transplant, which we all know he can't have.
Sorry BB ((()))

do you remember all the munipulation and antics witnesses use to get out of actually going to the door and talking to people about the bible?.
i only bring this up because in another thread i posted someone made the assertion that if witnesses voted as a group they would change the election.
it like saying the witnesses go to every door in the world with the good news and their the only group doing the work!.
Ahh let me see,
after we the brother makes the groups all the group members will fight about who's turn to drive they will fight over this 4 20mins RETARDED LOL
also we would hang around the hall at chit chat (gossip) for about 30 mins
now that thats settle we get in the car and go right (wrong!!) 1st we gotta stop at chick fillet and organize our mags and order breakfast/burgers
after that we drive off and chit chat (gossip) as we go into the territory or do calls whatever
