Chamomille tea works well for me...always with a touch of honey.
You may also want to try some valerian.
And I know you precisely asked about "tea", but warm milk also works. With honey and a sprinkle of turmeric.
Sweet dreams:-)

I was puzzled...
by Shadow1 inon the weekend, my jw wife and i were invited to her sister's home for dinner, to celebrate my wife's daughter's reinstatement.
shortly before the meal, my sil informed me that her family always says a prayer before the meal.
here's the thing...she asked me if i would be offended!

State A Simple Opinion About JWD Members
by nicolaou inwe share a common past but have travelled many different roads to find each other here.
our outlooks and perceptions of reality are varied and often fascinating.
most of us are encouraging, funny, helpful and kind while others are still wrapped in bitterness and hatred or suffering from despair and privation.

Absolutely nothing wrong with children and sports.
It becomes an outlet for their growing energy. It teaches them how to be part of a team and interact. It teaches them that life is not always about winning. Losses must be expected as part of the game as well. And most of all, sports keep many children off the street. -

I was far from comparing children to animals.
I was only referring to "life" in general. -
