  sarmies = sandwhich.. i"m only making a topic about it because i'm hungry right now and would love to have a toasted chicken and mayo with a dash of peri peri.

  I agree with the BLT...but no miracle whip! Any true southerner knows you can ONLY use Dukes mayo!!!

  If I eat turnip greens, okra and fried pickles can I keep the Miracle Whip?? Pretty please? I like the tang of it, mayo is very heavy to me.

  People who actually listened to Kingdom Melodies outside the Hall

  did you know people like this?

  you get in their car and the kingdom melodies are playing on prerecorded piano... you go to their house and there they are in an orchestral arrangement... even when i was a complete believer i cringed when i had to hear this banal crap!

  I thought I was going to die.

  But it was good clean fun!!! LOL But at least the treats were good!

  Yes, I knew people like that. They also played them on guitars at our "get togethers". And we all had to sing along.

  Oh, and don't forget those people who played The Tree of Knowledge or those Bible quiz cards for fun.

  Seems like our entire district was invited to ours! We had almost 300 people at ours.

  If you hold it in the KH, I think it is technically open to everyone. I only know of one couple who had a private wedding in a Hall. Or maybe if it is announced at meeting.
