Simple, just make abortions mandatory for genetically inferior fetuses, and have post-natal abortions for kids who develop problems later on.

School massacre reopens gun law debate
by hamilcarr indue to its hunting tradition, finland ranks fifth in civilian gun ownership.
finland school massacre brings day of mourning and review of gun lawsprime minister says he is 'very critical' of easy access to handguns after gunman kills 10 at vocational collegerachel stevenson .
the finnish prime minister today said he will push for stricter gun laws as police began to identify the victims of the country's second school shooting in less than a year.. on a visit to the college where 10 people and their killer died yesterday, matti vanhanen said the government would consider if "people should get access to handguns so freely".. police today named the gunman as matti juhani saari, a trainee chef aged 22. he used a handgun and petrol bombs on his fellow pupils at a vocational college in kauhajoki town, then fatally shot himself in the head.. police said the dead were eight female students, a male student and a male teacher.

Quick question for the Prime Minister, how many of those 10 victims were armed? I would guess "none" but I don't want to jump to conclusions.
Good thinking, though, that someone willing to kill 10 people-- and then himself-- would be unwilling to go to the hassle of obtaining a weapon illegally. I mean, I'm sure the only reason he used "petrol bombs" was because he bought those legally at his local gun shop, which sells them for hunting, right?

Gandhi's Seven Deadly Sins
by blondie ingandhi's seven deadly sins.
mohandas karamachand gandhi, one of the most influential figures in modern social and political activism, considered these traits to be the most spiritually perilous to humanity.. .
wealth without work pleasure without conscience science without humanityknowledge without character politics without principle commerce without morality worship without sacrificehave you ever heard of these?

"Wealth without work" does not refer to the way the wealth was acquired, but the actions of the wealthy person. That is, even if one has wealth, they should still find productive work.
At least, that's my take...

Let's hope God doesn't allow open flames in this new oxygen-filled world, or our Paradise may look more like the lake of fire...

SHOULD A JW TAKE PART IN SECRET ACTIVITIES OR SESSIONS?
by badboy inespecially if such should stumble a brother or sister?

If it's truly secret, how would it stumble anyone?
If someone is stumbled by it, they must know about it, and it's therefore not secret.

Ha, I just saw that play not two weeks ago. Good job.
BTW, the "McCain" side ended up winning the war, while the revolutionaries were crushed. Not sure if that's the analogy they were going for there. Heh.

Can You Accept the Fact
by Fadeout in...that someone may choose a different course of action than you would under the same circumstances?.
what about someone who forms an opinion on an issue that's different from yours?
can you accept that?.

...that someone may choose a different course of action than you would under the same circumstances?
What about someone who forms an opinion on an issue that's different from yours? Can you accept that?
Or do you think... 'They must be ignorant,' or 'They must be lying, 'or 'They must be made to see the error of their ways,' or 'They must be eliminated'?
It's easy to get caught up in thinking that having the right opinion or right belief is what's important. It's not. What's far more important, and ultimately, fundamental to humanity's ongoing quest for truth, is not having the right opinion, but having the right to an opinion.
